Java Lords

Good coffee and booze with very chill vibes. The music can be a little heavy on the metal which I'm not a big fan of. Being open so late is a huge perk though and makes this place a staple for late night folk

Really cool spot to grab a drink, caffeineated, alcoholic, or sweet. There are a couple tables and booths as well as the bar. Connected the to the playhouse next door. Coffee is served late into the night which is perfect for when every other coffeeshop is closed. The sparkling lemonade tastes better than San pellegrino.

Great place to experience true local flavor;I highly recommend it. The owner personally roasts the coffee beans himself,so the coffee is great, plus the option of alcohol makes Java Lords a stand-out among coffee houses.

Ironically I've never had a coffee here. This is my place when I want a cheap beer that's not a cheap beer. I forget what it's called but it's three bucks I think and it tastes great!

Java Lords is your quintessential hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. It's kind of small, kind of dark, and home to some really strong cups of coffee. It's right next to seven stages so it's easy to stop into. One of my favorite places in L5P

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. They’re my favorite cup of coffee in Atlanta and a chill spot to grab a beer or cocktail from at night. The staff have always been super friendly and awesome.

I dont know if i just got them on a bad day. Everyone has bad days.. but being nice is apart of the service industry. The coffee was great however the barista was NOT in a pleseant mood. I drove out of the way to come to lava lords to only be greeted with tons of attitude. I would not reccomend lava lords ... very disappointed

This is a unique place! I can appreciate the atmosphere, but getting any writing done is a tad difficult when the music is already loud. I'll go there next time I don't have to work. Oh!and they're open really late!

I drive 10min out of my way every morning to get to JL because yeah, the coffee is that good. The roasting is done in house and it is awesome. The attitude is take-it-or-leave-it because really, at 7:00am who is supposed to be happy to be awake? Not me, and certainly not the morning staff.

Interesting dive coffee and liquor bar adjacent to 7 Stages. Can bring drinks into the theatre. I had a delicious Irish Coffee. Long line. Cozy space.
