Honestly I come here regularly to chill with my husband and drink coffee or work by myself on my laptop. Great coffee. Bar as well. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoors. Lots of outlets. Great vibe. Food is not good. I would recommend eating elsewhere. Biggest issue is with one of the frequent workers. He is just so rude.. very smart with customers. Everytime I go there it is off putting. My first time there I asked where the small lids were because I got a small coffee and he's like "Right over there (and pointed). I thought I just went over that..." and proceeded to laugh at me with the other coworker. My bad for asking a simple question since I have never been here. I felt stupid for no reason. Another time I went I asked him if he had anymore food in the back (the type in the glass counter) because it looked empty and he's like ".... um no... this is a coffee shop. Most people don't order food here but you can see the menu up there..." He is just not friendly to customers. I work in customer service and I would never talk like this to my patrons.

It is OK. Relax, chill and have a cup of great coffee. The guests are mostly youth, so the atmosphere is cool. The staff is great and helpful, the pastry is excellent and you have a nice view of the busy street if the TV is not your thing. The toilets should be refurbished and cleaned more often.

Things to love about this place: drinks and atmosphere. Things to hate: the really unkind, unwelcoming, perpetually seemingly-unhappy sneering baristas and expensive food that tastes mostly packaged and pre-prepared. If you are going to be working in service, why would you treat your customers with such disdain. It doesn't make any sense to me but I hope management realizes there's a problem and either re-trains some of their baristas or just finds new ones who will at minimum, learn to fake it.

Cute place with lots of great selections at market prices. Everything can be made hot or cold. Their tea selection is really great, which is rare at some coffee shops. It was surprisingly crowded for a weekday afternoon, but there were lots of places to sit. Lighting seemed a little strange even though there were lots of windows, and the barista had to ask for our order a few times to get it right. Overall, really happy with my heavenly vanilla matcha latte with almond milk!

Been coming here since before the quarantine. They have a very clean facility and every one is very nice and professional. They practiced social distancing by seating everyone outside and encouraging mask use. The staff is dry but efficient. I will definitely be back.

this may be my favorite coffee shop in the city

do they sell the best coffee? no. the best food? no. are their prices great? they're on par with everyone else.

but the vibe is top-tier. nothing else comes close. they have plenty of tables, plenty of outlets, outside seating, a cozy atmosphere that doesn't scream "millennial, minimalist, cookie-cutter aesthetic," and they're located close to the beltline in an area that constantly has foot traffic. i love being surrounded by city life while getting some work done.

if you're looking for the best coffee in atlanta only, then you shouldn't stop here. but if you're looking for a perfect spot to work on things while sipping on some cold brew, then this is the spot. i've been here for about four hours since i first started this review, and it's been a great spot to keep me in focus. try to stop by earlier in the day as seating fills up quick in the afternoon by others trying to get work done.

If you’re looking for a place to get work done then this establishment serves its purpose. However if you’re looking for customer service you won’t find it here. I asked the staff politely if they would mind watching my belongings for a quick second while I used the restroom the young lady who responded to me says “sorry no can do we’re busy”. there’s absolutely no one in line and no one ordering. So I take my belongings with me to this utterly disgusting restroom with nowhere to sit my belongings and come back out to her dancing behind the counter. Perhaps a bit of leadership and development training would do this place some justice.

I want to love this place, I really do. Its the closest coffee shop to my home by far, and I often go to coffee shops to break up the monotony of working from home. My husband and I decided to give Inman Perk another shot (after a few bad experiences in the past, we took a very long break from it), and at this point we've just decided to write it off completely.

First, the "good":
- The coffee is fine. Not great, not bad. Was made in a timely fashion, not crazy expensive.
- The vibe of the shop itself is pretty good. It has more of an old-school feel, with dim lighting and dark furniture. It's different than most coffee shops these days, which are often bright and modern.

Now, the bad - the reasons why I'll probably never go back:
- The folks behind the counter are just straight-up rude. They seem miserable - like you're inconveniencing them by being there.
- Every single time I've been here, they have been out of something I ordered. Basic things, like milk. I get that *sometimes* places run out of oat milk, no biggie. But to be out of stuff every single time feels a little egregious. Also, related to the above point, the people behind the counter act like you should have known they were out of X before you ordered it. The guy taking my order basically scoffed at me and then impatiently looked at me while I figured out what I wanted to order instead.

TLDR - If you're looking for great coffee, this is not your place. If you're looking to have a full range of coffee options, or have a positive interaction with a stranger, this is not your place. If you're looking to sit somewhere and work, not speaking to anyone, this could be your place? I would still go elsewhere, sorry!

Usually don't have the best experience here, customer service is bleh, coffee is just okay... it's usually my spot to go when I don't have time to grab coffee elsewhere (basically my last resort). Past experiences were workers flirting with their partners letting my espresso shot run for over a minute, or a super indifferent attitudes. However, whoever was working on Wednesday around 3:30ish was the best. He made my coffee super good & really good customer service.

Love this coffee spot! Big open area to do some work and coffee is great but priced reasonably. Wifi is a little iffy but otherwise love this spot
