Very small coffee shop part of a building with suites of different businesses. They have a few tables/chairs in a covered section near the entrance (like a porch area).
I came close to closing time so they ran out of the drip coffee! Got the latte instead. It was good and had nice latte art on top, but I’m not great at judging lattes (the milk dilutes the actual espresso flavor). Will return for drip sometime.
