BUZZ Coffee and Winehouse

BUZZ is an amazing, cozy coffeehouse that I have enjoyed on each visit. To this point, I've been twice: once for a sit-down on the weekend and once for a to-go cup. The staff is amazing and treats customers like friends and family. The variety of coffees is great, as is the tea and pastry selection. Definitely worth several visits and I'm glad that this spot has been added to the community.

The establishment looks nice and I can appreciate the menu but here are my issues. Upon entry, the young man at the register was helpful. I told him what I wanted. There was a caucasian woman barely helpful with a disgusting attitude. She was not welcoming or inviting. She burned my husbands croissant after a 25 minute wait. She told me “wait time is usually 8-10 minutes” which I assured her that I was there for 15 at the time. By the time I left, I was at Buzz for 25 minutes. She could have apologized for the wait while also letting me know expected wait time for future reference. I can’t say that I will return at least while that woman still works there. She was not helpful to that young man who was carrying the load of people. She can go!

Great customer service! The manager was patient and really interested in our experience. They have vegan options and offered a taste so that we could know for sure whether we were interested. Tasty! We chose a turkey and fontina cheese sandwich with sprouts and cucumber slices and spicy brown mustard! Delicious! The sandwich and wine was just enough to fill your tummy with a whole grain chip as a side. The Manager checked on us and offered to bring more. It was a friendly check in that was not intrusive on our conversation or lunch experience. I am so pleased I was able to stop in. I see this place every day and it is quaint! I will return!!

Great coffee, hot chocolate, food and atmosphere!! Our family ritual is to come every week! It’s such a great vibe!

Our entire team, was treated to exceptional Coffee's & Tea's during a commercial three day shoot! The team stated "we'd have a work stoppage" unless Buzz Coffee, Tea, & Sandwiches were provided. Secondly we love the decor, atmosphere, and professionalism of the Buzz team. Thank You

I had the esteem pleasure and opportunity to have been invited to meet and greet at Buzz Coffee and Wine House by someone I was meeting for the first time. And as I have passed by many times before heading to Starbucks, I had no idea that this piece of magic was nestled in the center of the community that I resided, yet hated. Since moving to the area I tried to find one thing that I loved about it, and after being here 6 months I found it. Buzz! The ambiance is inviting, the service is a delight, the window space exposes you to the light and the beauty of nature and the people, the music makes you smile, they have many healthy food options which is suitable for me as a vegetarian and to my surprise, the coffee was better than Starbucks and tasted like they stirred in a little love. I have finally found something in the area that makes me smile from the inside out. What a wonderful experience. I so look forward to visiting often.

Basic drink menu, which was fine with me. Barely there barista, barely spoke, could barely hear her and didn't tell me my coffee was ready (or i just didnt hear). Was hoping for a savory snack, but there didnt seem to be a food menu, and only a bell jar of pastries. As i was paying i noticed a stray sign mentioning breakfast sandwiches. Too late i guess. Coffee is almost undrinkably strong. And i like a strong cup of coffee. There's a point where the taste goes past bitter and into sour. This coffee is well and truly at this level. I'll add a pinch of salt (old trick for sour coffee) and get my caffeine at least.

That Stumptown BUZZ can’t be beat. Taylor, the new Barista, is outstanding! Birds-n-Bees bnb recommends this place to all our guests.
