Excellent cafe with friendly staff! Best place anywhere near the library to grab a snack or light lunch while studying. By far, their specialty is a wide variety of cold brews that are freshly mixed each day. Especially with the warmer weather on its way, I strongly recommend stopping by!

While known for their wonderful iced coffee mixes (which are truly addictive), don't underestimate their hot options as well. The drip is one of my favorites in Atlanta. I can't speak to the hot food options other than noticing they can take longer to fulfill, but hey, it's a coffee shop that is trying to make up for a lack of food options on campus...They also have competitive catering options to help elevate the coffee game at your next event. And make sure to check out their tent at the Piedmont farmers market on Saturdays for a relaxing start to your weekend.

Great local roaster south side ATL. I have been buying their espresso whole beans for a few years now. They have updated their ordering process now to where you can order the beans online. I mistakenly ordered ground beans last week and didn’t discover it until I got home. I contacted them and they had no problem with swapping out the ground beans for whole beans. Nice folks and great beans. Thanks

Great coffee and friendly people. Had the most affordable Ethiopian pour over I've ever found. I'd definitely recommend it

Service always really terrible, the people working there do not want to be there and it's very obvious. Food / coffee always takes a lot longer then it should. Every time I go here they always are either randomly not serving sandwiches or smoothies (half the reason people go).

Food isn't bad though I've had a couple of their sandwiches and it's horrifically overpriced and like most campus restaurants is only worth it if you have dining dollars. The coffee is reasonably priced and relatively okay tasting.

The bad service is enough to take it down to 2 stars for me.

Blue Donkey offers quality coffee and outstanding service! The staff is kind, efficient, and above all understanding of the customers needs! This is a great spot to grab a coffee on the go and or enjoy a cup of joe with friends!

This place has gone downhill, the one lady is always rude when she’s taking orders. She might be the manager potentially but she seems rude when she’s interacting with the other workers as well. The place is filthy too, the cups are sticky, open coolers, ceilings and walls have sticky residue on them. I’ll walk to Starbucks instead next time

Whatever an “original” is must be good because everyone else was ordering that, but the pour overs are exactly as good as you would expect for a coffee shop run by college students serving primarily college students.

Despite some variations in the smoothness of their cappuccino, during and post-pandemic, this cafe and its environs have come to represent the heart of GT for ideas, work sessions, or taking a break. Kudos to the hardworking, pleasant and well-managed staff! (and in particular the day shift that I am familiar with)

Blue Donkey always exceeds my expectations, especially with their excellent staff, specifically Sun! His friendly demeanor and attention to the customer makes my morning a little brighter-- thank you for all you do for GT!
