Such a great place! Quick and friendly service with a great selection of sweet treats and coffee. Well worth a visit!

Service was great and there was a good selection if teas to choose from! Gave 3 stars because I am dairy free and the oat milk and Lactaid milk options can't be used for milk tea which was a bit disappointing. Cafe Bora also has vegan boba that uses agar pearls which have an odd texture to them, almost like a hard gel. I ended up drinking a plain tea and drinking above where the agar pearls were. Wasn't my best boba experience ever but they were kind enough to give us a sample of purple sweet potato chips.

I order from here quite frequently, maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I made a mistake JUST this one time and they couldn't honor a remake. People make mistakes, but part of the customer service is 'make it right'. I've worked in food for 8 years and not once have I ever told a customer ' that's your mistake, not mine'. I'd either get a refund or remake, in this situation I didn't get either. They kept my money AND food. After speaking to the manager, she said she'll talk to the owner and call me back. It's been a few days, never received a call. I'm very disappointed about this. Their food quality is top notch, but their customer service needs to improve. I won't be ordering from them anymore nor recommend their restaurant to anyone I know. Make sure you don't make a mistake while ordering or else your S.O.L.

Love the atmosphere and friendly staff! I tried their purple sweet potato soft serve ice cream and strawberry tiramisu. HUGE fan. Their purples sweet potato chips are great too! Also, their tiny spoons turn purple when they touch the cold desserts! Attention to detail here I superb. Super cute, will definitely come back.

I love their bingsoo! Their bingsoo is not too sweet and very simple. Their drinks are delicious too.

Super nice staff and great service ❤️ Loved every bit of the experience. First time here and won’t be my last and the girl that helped me really took her time to explain the menu and was very patient with me. Wish I would of got her name to give her a huge shout out ughhh!

The cashier Kei was so lovely and helpful. She was so helpful in helping me pick a drink. The Cafe itself is very cute and I love the decoration. Will definitely be going back!

Awesome shaved ice cream!!

Pretty, tasty... It's pretty tasty! For sure give this place a try! Shaved ice with sweet milk and fruit! Not overly sweet if you are not a fan of sugary overload. This is for you.
