I guess you don't have to offer good service when you have a great location. If you come after 2 on the weekend, the shift is over and the team has checked out. No coffee cups unless its disposable, no food, nothing that would require any work from the team.they do not genuinely want to be there, hey if that is the case go find another job you like. On top of that if you tell a customer no latte cups because the dishwasher is gone, don't give some to the college girls that come in twenty minutes later. Shame on you Austin B. Treat every customer the same.

Amazing coffee shop, you can truly taste the quality of the good coffee in the cup. Also the little designs on the cappuccinos will make you smile. The place looks like a place out of a story book. Very clean. Service was ok.
The only thing that they close at 4:00pm (sunday) and if you are inside they make you feel like you HAVE TO GO RIGHT AWAY which was our case.
I do recommend to visit this nice cool and warm coffee shop.

Nice staff, really quick service, nice outside seating area. Food was good, but not great. For two people, single menu item and two coffees with tip was $40, so pretty steep.

We had such a nice time sipping coffee and people watching at this centrally located coffee house across the street from a park. Weather was perfect, so no complaints here. Also fun to watch a train pull into the depot during our visit. I love Winter Park!

I have always loved coming to Barnie’s, because usually my experiences are quite nice (hence the 5 stars). Mainly due to Renata and Austin’s positivity and kindness (thank you always!), my experiences have been great and are always met with outstanding service. However, the last two times that I have come in - well, the last one time really, because on Monday 12/14 they closed earlier than 1:00 PM, so I couldn’t come in for a simple coffee - I have not been satisfied. Other than closing early (during holiday season??), I had someone named Marlaina help me another time, and it was the worst experience I have ever had. She was short, impatient, and made me feel super uncomfortable. My friend who was with me also felt just as irked as I was, and the coffee that she gave me was not what I wanted, due to her lack of patience/communication skills. If it wasn’t for Austin, Renata, and the other hardworking, kind employees (usually on tues/thurs mornings), then my friend and I would not feel the same way about this place based on the unprofessional tendencies of the rest of the staff (closing early/impatience/rudeness). Thank you to those who care and provide the best service they can!

I was very excited to order the chicken salad sandwich having seen others around me eating it. Then everything went down hill. I ordered the sandwich and added avocado for $2. I received my sandwich and there was no avocado, no big deal I'll just tell the waitress. Unfortunately she did not return until everyone at my table other than me was done eating. Second, all of the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and brown, very unappetizing, no one should have to dissect their food. The tomato was mealy as well. The chicken salad itself was tasty and so was the multi grain bread it came on, which made it so disappointing that the garnishment was such a fail. The pickles they served on the side were a unique sour delight. When the bill came (from the 4th employee to serve our table in this very short visit) he asked how everything was and I was honest. He was kind enough to offer me a discount off my bill for the inconveniences. Over all, that man's seemingly genuine apology and gesture would be the only reason for a return visit to this location. It's sad because I am in the area quite often and was excited to have a new place to grab a bite.

A very nice restaurant with some delicious food. I was a fan of their expresso and I had very friendly service. The area is relaxing and beautiful with plenty to do. The only comment I can make is that I wish the service was faster. I was sitting for quite a bit before anyone came to service me and it was slow through my experience. Overall, I was very happy and will return with friends.

Cute little spot with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very friendly and the food was Deeeeeee Lish! This Avocado Toast was soooo Good! Glad we went back to Winter Park on our last day in Orlando to this spot for breakfast.
