Foxtail Coffee - Downtown Winter Garden

met a friend here for a cup. Cappuccino wasn't bad, but nothing special. The thing I didn't like was they will NOT take cash. I asked and was told they were robbed? Police station directly across the street? I doubt I will return.

Unpleasant staff. Extremely strange customer base. This place is disturbingly liberal. They are all about this wierd gender neutral stuff and have bathrooms for neither men or women but for what ever you "identify" as which for woman safety is extremely predatory. Coffee sucked to but just wanted to get out of there so I told my wife to let it go. Really sad places like this are becoming normal I felt like I just walked in to a coffee shop is Portland. Definitely don't recommend giving money to a company who supports such things.

It is hard for me to recommend this place compared to other coffee shops in the area. Price is much more than local shops and the taste is bland. I enjoy the coffee flavor and it is non existent with any of the drinks I tried. For heavy-cream coffee drinks this would be a good option for you. But even then, you could go to Starbucks and get similar if not better drinks.

The customer service at this location is poor.i had a bad experience twice with the same barista at this location. I didn’t catch her name but she had black hair and small tattoos. The first time I went I ordered a drink I previously had at another location and explained the order to her stating I had it at another location. She seemed VERY annoyed with that and gave me attitude when speaking to me. She also was on her phone and complaining to a co worker while still taking my order how she just wanted to go home already.

The second bad experience with the same barista was today. We ordered the same exact drink and it had WAY too much cinnamon to the point that it was not drinkable. I hate doing this but the fact that we paid $15 for two lattes including a tip I just had to ask them to remake it for me. I went up to the barista and politely stating that it had way too much cinnamon if they could re make the drink. She looked at me and said “uhhh ok” with an attitude and then asked her co worker who was on the register to stop what he was doing and remake it for me and then got on her phone and started yelling at someone to “stay out of her room and stop touching her things”. I really hope management can evaluate who they have staffed because from other reviews I can see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with the baristas.

Enjoyed our coffee and latte before our stroll. Fast friendly service. Clean bright welcoming atmosphere.

This is truly the best coffee shop downtown Winter Garden! The customer service beats Chick-fil -A!!!!
Leo always goes the xtra mile…always!!! One time they were out of whip cream for pup cups and Leo took it upon herself to make the whip cream homemade!!! AMAZING!!!!! Now that’s going the xtra mile!!!!

I’m so glad Foxtail has finally made its way west into Ocoee and Winter Garden! This new downtown location is absolutely beautiful and also doubles as a Kelly’s Ice Cream! The staff are really wonderful, the drinks are high quality, and the menu is full of unique and interesting flavours. Their breakfast foods are delicious. I highly recommend adding Foxtail to your WG coffee shop repertoire.

I'm a regular here and whether they're busy or slow, they always have a welcoming atmosphere! You're immediately welcomed by the staff and they take great care with your order. I've never had a bad experience and they're all friendly. It gives you the feeling of a small town cafe while being in the city which is very nice. And the tea and hot chocolate here is always great :) Thank you Foxtail for being my place to work and relax

This was my first time going to Foxtail Coffee. I always got the seasonal Mocha coffee and it was delicious. The inside of the place is also relaxing and great for study/work. I absolutely recommend this spot!

My family loved this place. Clean. Good vibes. Diego is a great barista, nice and that definitely knows what he is doing. *Chai is a must try option!
