Went into the shop and ordered 5 items: 1 coffee, 1 cookie, 2 sandwiches and 1 coconut water. 2 items weren’t rung up in my order and had to wait a total of 20 minutes for everything. Decided to get the sandwich that was missing and not the cookie as I didn’t want to give this shop any more of my money. Cashier was not apologetic as I watched several customers coming after me and leaving before me. I will never be back.

Really delicious coffee. I had the vanilla caramel cold brew with heavy cream and will absolutely be getting another in the near future. Perfection.

Best coffee and your employees are always very top notch.
Cost saving tip for the owners. You do not need the cardboard sleeves for the lattes. They are NEVER hot enough to need them.
I still drink the lattes even luke warm...just a biz tip. Also your St. Pete location....emoployees here are SUPER professional and sweet!! Good hiring!!

Just moved back to the area after being in Alabama for college and work the last 6 years. Got to talking to the new management, and got to know Zia a bit, makes really good coffee, but even better a person. Had no idea what to get and he made me a recommendation and made it himself making sure I liked it. You don't know what you want or aren't a big coffee drinker, he and the rest of the team will take care of you. Four years of undergraduate, one year of graduate, and I found some of the best coffee, and coffee makers here or in Alabama. New home for the rest of grad school. Will definitely be coming back for more school work, coffee, and conversation. Can't recommend enough, thanks Foxtail.

Nice Spot in Summerport. Relaxing Atmosphere and right across from Keenes Elementary. The seasonal Eggnog Latte is really working for me today too.

Great place and coffee, specially the iced mocha, it’s perfect for the hot days. Staff is great and the place is dog friendly! I couldn’t ask for a better place right in my own neighborhood.

Well I gave this Foxtail a month and a half to come through. But nay. I have 250,000 views of my own reviews but this is my first to sort of…give up on an establishment. So I give two stars for the speed at which they make their drinks, super fast. I’ve recently moved here so the only two other coffee shops I frequent are Axum and Minch Coffee and they banter, they are kind and sweet and talk to me. Again Nay. I don’t think I’ve ever met an entire staff whose goal it is to remain aloof. But today at 2pm, wow, the staff literally screamed and scared everyone in the place! They were laughing SO uncontrollably and then it started, just unbridled profanity as they got louder and louder behind the counter talking to each other. There were kids in the store too. And a puppy. I’m neither political nor religious and realize my name is attached to this review. It just felt like, for the sake of everyone, some level of decency was reasonably expected.

We love this little gem in the middle of a suburban sub division. I like having smaller business options for coffee. All the drinks are fantastic and the service is great. It can be hard to see the seasonal specials, but if you do find them, they are delicious! This area is also a great location for community to hang out.

I really wanted to like this place but it’s so disappointing. I ordered the cappuccino one day and it was really horrible, I threw it away. Today I ordered an iced coffee, it has such an overwhelming cinnamon flavor I couldn’t drink it. I will not be back here, for the price it’s not worth it. The staff was rude when I walked in not even welcomed. I won’t be back.
