I remember when provisions had their soft open at their original location and I was soooo excited for all their delicious pastries and The Best Cup of Coffee on this side of town (possibly all of tampa) so of course I gotta leave a review for their new location!! The krate thing is definitely different but the coffee, the food, and the people are just as amazing as they’ve always been! And now that I’ve been thinking of what to say for this review, I need to go get a caramel cappuccino 😍😍😍

Great coffee and a cozy little place to grab some on quiet mornings.

My family's favorite spot for baked goods and coffees and teas! Employees are patient and helpful and the food is delicious. Personally love the yogurt with berries and granola. Also, cant go wrong with baked donuts.

Absolutely delicious coffee, and I can never turn down a baked good because A. They always have something new and B. It's ALWAYS delicious. Staff is super friendly, and the new space on Bearss is open and airy.

Omg this place was delicious; both the coffee and food. Such a cool concept at the Grove! And it’s a great location close to other shops or outdoor live entertainment!

Awful customer service. Gabe and Dana (manager) are rude and unhelpful. Will never come back to this place after the attitude experienced. Really ruined the place for me. Unfortunate because we spent a lot of money at this place on a daily basis. Clearly do not know how to run a business.

I have been a long time customer. I used to come in everyday before when they where at the old location. Recently, their customer service has been terrible. Last week I ordered a scone, and they microwaved it so much, that it became inedible, and they would not exchange it for me or give anything else. Today, I went it in there to treat myself, but I ended up leaving with disappointment and tears. I ordered the caprese sandwich that I have been getting for years. But the cheese tasted so sour and it was spreadable (this is supposed to be fresh mozarella cheese, and its known that when mozzarella cheese goes bad it starts tasting sour). They told me there is no point in "arguing" and that there is else to do. I was in tears, because they made me feel stupid and they didn't care, and I wasted $14. The sandwich used to be delicious and I know how it SHOULD taste like. When I approached the people working there, they put me down, they refused to exchange it or refund it. So, it ended up going in the trash, and I left there hungry. I have always supported small business, but I will not be back here again.

The coffee and food are amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would give 5 stars but the music they play is terrible, too loud, and just does not match the atmosphere 😒

Cool little coffee house with various food available. The staff was very friendly I had a very good matcha latte. My son had a vegan cinnamon roll that was really good.
