Disgusting and awful service. Came in with a 3 months old child to sit down and order coffee. The lady (seemed to be owner of this place) aggresively came and refused to let us use the bathroom BEFORE ordering. Also told us we have to pay for drinking water!! It may have been discrimination. It was really bad. Truly horrified with the nasty greedy service. Never stepping foot in their again and we of course will tell everyone exactly what happened!

I came to this shop with my mom on the weekend and was disappointed with my experience. The lady who served us was rude and did not have good customer service! We are non white people and where very friendly and came with a positive attitude just to be brushed away with a unpleasant attitude. But when the employee went to serve the women behind us who is white her attitude changed. I don’t pay attention to race but the attitude switch and conversation was very different. Very unhappy that happened I didn’t even want to buy from the establishment just bc of the rude attitude that was given to us. The coffee was ok but bc of the customer service it effected the way it probably would have tasted and I’m being generous… I’ve been to small coffee shops owned by regular people with better customer service and shocked that a new shop like this would let people serve this way. Especially in Wesley chapel … I will be giving management a call when I have a chance.

Staff was great, empanadas were delicious, and coffee was terrific.

Such a cute and quaint place! The coffee is SO GOOD and the soup is amazing. Great place for a quick pick up or to hang out and read.

My first visit here today. The staff was friendly and welcoming! The coffee was delicious. The Chicken Caesar wrap was HUGE and the Apple Butternut Squash soup was to die for! The atmosphere was charming. I love supporting local businesses. Looking forward to my next visit!
