Seed and Bean Market (Venice)

Excellent restaurant, retaolstore and hang out in general. They manufacture and sell their CBD products, have a bar and restaurant menu, and excellent coffee options. You can eat a regular meal or ask for a special infused CBD product meal.

Amazing place. Stop by and give it a try. Ask them, "Where is Wade McLaren?"

Very unique menu, food was great, we had all we could eat. While the service was good, everyone is hiring yet we didn't wait for anything.

First time visit on a Sunday morning and was beyond impressed. There was live music outside that we were also able to enjoy from inside the restaurant since they had the windows open. Very laid back atmosphere, staff was attentive while also giving you plenty of space to sit and enjoy your drinks and food. The drinks and food were absolutely delicious! Ordered the breakfast burrito and it was phenomenal. Also enjoyed the bottomless mimosas. Overall, very happy for this addition to downtown Venice!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Best lattes on the island by far! And they have oat milk and a ton of non dairy options. I recommend the mocha latte for sure. You’ve got to try it! The food is amazing, so fresh and delicious. My whole family ate breakfast and everyone got something different and each dish was incredible. I got the parfait which was so creamy with fresh fruit, hemp seeds, and granola, and the grits were spot on. My kids got French toast and waffles which were amazing, hubby got breakfast burrito, and mom got eggs, toast, and has browns. Everyone loved it. Also the staff are so friendly and fast. Can’t wait to come back. Even the fruit on the side was really fresh and tasty! And seriously if nothing else you’ve gotta get their mocha latte! Oh and their chai is also fantastic.

Fun new restaurant/coffee shop with a light young vibe. Currently soft opening the food was amazing. Whatever you do get the Frappuccino mocha latte with a shot of CBD

Wanted to love this place but had a truly horrible experience. Waited for food for 45 min in a spot that had 5 other tables eating. Was told they were out of pasta…. 🙄come on, and ordered the shrimp and grits and let me just say they were laughable at best. Plain grits with boiled plain shrimp and a jam on top, no spices in the grits period. Waitress was friendly but seemed inexperienced. Basic guy playing music had a good selection but it was so loud it was embarrassing. Seems to me like this place is trying to secure the real estate location for when marijuana goes rec and the food is an afterthought for now.. idk but it sucked. Cool space With potential. Lighting kinda sucked for nighttime…… struggle bus kitchen paying the bill took forever too….. 🙅‍♀️Seems like they might be better at lunch and breakfast.

We love this restaurant! It's a perfect addition to the island of Venice. We enjoy the outdoor seating and it's very dog friendly! We've had both breakfast and lunch, and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

We found a new health foodie heaven. Open air, fresh breeze, good service and interesting menu choices. The avocado fries are air fried, crispy outside and creamy inside. And crab cakes perfect. Highly recommend.
