The Standard CLCL -- Coffee Shop

Since moving from Jax we’ve been looking for a local coffee house… and we found it! The Standard has a great atmosphere and the staff is great. The owner is super nice and welcoming too. Two thumbs up for the blueberry and strawberry muffins!

This place is a GEM! My sister and I always visit here when we visit my grandmother. The coffee is out of this world. Best expresso I've had in a while, so smoothe! We both chose limited time flavors that were delivious. She had a salted caramel and I had a butterscotch /white chocolate latte (with less pumps to make less sweet). The butterscotch was the favorite.

We always see the owner in there making the drinks and he is so friendly and kind. He mentioned they have a Christian library in the back too which is super cool. You must try this place out if you are visiting!

Great little coffee shop. It is a hidden gem. As a nurse working next door, there was a donors who keep us supplied with coffee. We tried almost all of their coffee and there was no complaints.

Hands down our FAVORITE coffee shop around (or ever, to be honest!). We are new to the area and absolutely love taking our toddler with us, as the library in back is so spacious and relaxing!

The coffee is so fresh and they have such a variety of offerings. We especially love the seasonal drink specials! Staff is always so friendly.

Doesn't matter if it's regular coffee, a latte, mocha, whatever. This place serves up a great cup every time.

GREAT coffee, solid people, and good vibes. The owners, Matt and Jess, genuinely care about each customer and their experience at The Standard. And the local coffee is incredible to boot (hard to find around here!). They also offer generous space for hosting classes and other events in the back of their Lady Lake café. Whether at their Lady Lake location or their second café in the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood, I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try. I guarantee you’ll be coming back.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend the Blenders! The people serving are super friendly and talkative. I wish there were more coffee shops like this one. Already trying to plan a time to come again.

When I thought that Dunkin’ Donuts advertising was going to win the day it turned out that they were a mile long line for the drive-through and the doors were locked. I’m really glad that I found this magical place and I’m going to spend some time here in the Christian Library! No lines and very quality product surrounded by beauty and great books!

I got my first coffee from the standard today and I wasn't disappointed. The owner was friendly and helpful. I told him I frequent the local coffee chains and was looking for something new. I explained my usual order and he suggested thier caramel iced latte. This coffee gets better with every sip. Will be returning. I love finding small businesses to patron, especially in these times I want my money to stay local.
