Great coffee, great service. The barista had some nice recs for food around Tampa.

Elevation consistently delivers some of the best coffee and espresso I’ve ever had. I travel frequently for work, and I’m fortunate to have been able to visit some of the nations top coffee shops. Simply put, Elevation is at the top of that list for me.
Their Cortado is rich, creamy, nutty; so much flavor packed into such a small drink. The drip is perfectly balanced and smooth. The Dark and Stormy from their specialty menu is a refreshing blend of ginger beer and espresso that is the perfect treat for warm Tampa summer days.
Jonathan and his team are passionate about coffee, and have created such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. You don’t get the ‘too cool for school’ vibes that a lot of craft coffee shops tend to have. The team is honest, knowledgeable, and passionate.
Elevation is about great people making great coffee, and it shows in everything they put on their menu. Can’t recommend this place enough!

By far the best coffee shop in Tampa Bay!! Amazing coffee roasted by them and lovely baristas, do not sleep on this place or their og location in Northdale. Also appreciate the gluten free and vegan options.

Ask for a flight it is delicious choice to taste the differences between pour over, cortado, and espresso

I'm so happy to have a great coffee shop in the former Foundation location. The inside vibe and fabulous patio are still intact. Elevation roasts their own coffee and it's always on point - even their decaf, which I truly appreciate. I normally have a Cortado, but their flavored drinks are delish (especially the seasonal!) - never too sweet, and flavors are just right.
For non-coffee, my fave is the Kuremi (sp?) Garden.
But the best part of Elevation is the folks who work there. So much coffee knowledge and care goes into what they do - and they're always warm and welcoming, no matter how busy it is.

I'm a great lover of coffee, and visit all the independent coffee shops in Tampa frequently. Tried this one twice, and have been disappointed both times. The address on Google is wrong, so our first visit involved a five minute confused walk up and down the street to find the place. An employee had to come out to wave us in to where to go. Coffee was ok, but the $8 waffle was a waste of money - barely a step above an Eggo and generic fake syrup.
Today, I give it a second try. Thought I'd do some remote work from there. However, upon arriving, the place has been taken over by a film crew, lights, noise, tons of people --- not sure if the place was open or not, I wandered another five minute confused walk before an employee waved me in. Ordered one of their specialty drinks and a chicken burrito and try to find a place to set up my laptop, as the crew was taking up 75% of the room.
Burrito was sad - basic shredded chicken in a low rate flour tortilla, and half cold. They handed me my drink, and it was iced. I hate iced coffee, never order iced coffee, wouldn't have ordered it if their menu SAID it was iced coffee, and nor did the barista ever ask me. At that point I had to leave for work, so I abandoned the drink, wasting the money.
I won't come here anymore. It's pretty inside, true, very Instagrammable. Come here, take your selfie and leave. All flash and no substance here.

Smooth latte! This is now in the rotation with other top TPA coffee spots.

Some of the best coffee beans around, amazing flavor.
Unfortunately, the service seems to be slipping.
I waited over 15mins for my order when there was only one customer ahead of me. The barista had time to take photos of the drinks he made and hit on the other barista, but not bother to speed up his production.
Worst part, my latte and cappuccino were basically cold and came out almost five mins apart.
**Update**
I lowered the stars down to one.
I thought I would give them another try, but it was worse.
With 3 employees and only 1 order ahead of me it took 11 mins for a cappuccino and AGAIN it was not hot, it was barely warm.
