Great study spot with wifi, outlets, plenty of seats and chill music. Tasty pastries and lots of beverage options.

Cappuccino was done right!! Strong espresso, not too much milk, plenty of foam, just the right temp - not scalding hot. So good! Loved their baked goods and such cool decor, great place to sit, relax and enjoy a great conversation.

Might move to St. Pete just to make this our neighborhood coffee shop. We were walking by, looking in the windows and someone said "it's the best coffee in Tampa" so obviously we had to try it. Excellent coffee, awesome atmosphere. Owner has excellent taste in 80s toys.

Absolutely incredible! I went for some work to take photos and it was unironically some of the nicest two hours I've had recently. With the kindest employees, incredible ambience, best hot cocoa, interesting things from both the Merchant and Cafe - it was great. Recommend to anyone in St. Pete :)

OMG! We drive to this place 1 hour every week just for their coffee! Delicious! I became their big fan and spread the word among all my friends and they all fell in love with Crislip Cafe! Way to go guys! Thank you for keeping coffee aficionados happy! Can't wait for the upcoming weekend, so I can sip my extra hot lavender latte!

Umm wow, where have you been all my life! I'm already in love with this place. So many options to choose from and they have some really unique coffee and dessert options. I'm so excited and can't wait to try everything here! (might take a while, lots to choose from and they seem to have unique seasonal options too it seems).

The shop looks amazing and might be my one stop shop for Christmas shopping.

I see some reviews talking about "friendly service". I wish I had the same experience. I've worked in the service industry almost all of my life before switching to medical so I understand the behavior I experienced to a point but not after the fourth visit. This guy thats at the counter (Deacon, I think his name is?) has this vibe like he is friendly, but God forbid the coffee is made wrong. This guy is extremely passive aggressive. I asked him to remake my coffee which was made wrong and he starts talking to me about how we (people) shouldn't waste (which he is 10000% right, and if my order was right, there would have been zero coffee wasted) and how in his "25 years of experience" if they give him the wrong steak order (his example), he'll just take it. Excuse me? I wasn't looking for a lecture, just coffee please. Literally all FOUR times I've come, this guy seems like he's grumpy. I only asked him to remake my coffee one time, even though twice I got the wrong order. His customer service seems soooo hit or miss, and I know we all have our bad days, but dude, FOUR TIMES I've walked out feeling bad. I see him smile and talk it up but if something is wrong or seems complicated, I've watched this extremely passive aggressive side surface and its not cool, even though his vibe would suggest that he is. The stars are for the food. The sandwiches are sooo delicious! I discovered them the last time I went. I think I ordered one that's called "Southern Hospitality"? So good. What's strange is that I ordered a sandwich the day before and received it. Today I go at the same time (I leave my meeting at the same time every day) and now today "we don't sell sandwiches at this time". I don't know, my experiences here have been pretty poor all FOUR times, and I hope when you (the reader) come here, you have a pleasant experience.

Soooo happy to have found this gem! The cafe has the most accommodating and friendly people (I wish I got their names)! Tucked inside an old historical building, it serves the best coffee and pastries. You can choose an outdoor or indoor seating, either way their both cozy spaces to enjoy your coffee. Will definitely be back!
