Blush Tea and Coffee St Pete

Always on the lookout for a new, indie coffee shop to try, I stopped into Blush since I happened to be in the area. A nice, comfy spot with several people hanging out. The barista was very engaging and could answer my questions about the coffee. I walked out with a very tasty flat white. Thank you!

I have been here a few times and would go here every single day of my life if I could.

The first thing I ever tried was the turmeric ginger latte and it was mindblowingly awesome. On my most recent visit, I tried the seasonal rose and cardamom latte with almond milk which was just as yummy. Blush Tea and Coffee knows their flavors!! Everything that I've had here has been incredible. I also tried the bacon egg and gouda biscuit this last time. The biscuit was so moist and crumbly. The bacon was smoky and complimented the fluffy egg and gooey cheese so perfectly.

The staff has always been so nice. The owner has been there working each time that I've been. I love seeing that! You can tell that this place was created out of passion and vision.

The parking is right out front of the store and couldn't be easier. I've never had an issue getting in or out of the parking lot.

The decor is absolutely gorgeous! Honestly, I want them to come decorate my home for me. Indoor seating is currently not an option but I am really looking forward to that day so I can bring my friends and we can hang out and really enjoy the atmosphere. In the meantime, I'll continue getting take out and telling anyone who will listen about how amazing this place is. Blush Tea and Coffee, you have a fan for life!

This is my new favorite place for tea!!! They have such a wide variety of teas that there is something for everyone. Plus, they also serve select items from Grounded by Food, so you get to support TWO local, female-owned, small businesses at the same time!

This is going to be a long and very hyperbolic review because I’m so passionate about this shop.

I moved to St Pete a few years ago and were looking for local coffee shops. We found blush which was right down the street and my wife was super excited to see all of the tea options available. We decided to go one weekend and let me tell you, it was mind blowing.

At the time they had a seasonal item that was called the orange creamsicle cold brew. Orange is my favorite flavor so I was excited to try it. The sweet nectar of the creamsicle cold brew hit my lips and my life changed forever. It was one of the most, if not THE most delicious coffee items that I’ve ever tasted. I think I went back to Blush once every few days just to get it. I brought my family there and they also fell in love. I was so pumped about this drink that I wrote a long, passionate email to them about how it changed my life and how delightful it was. I wish I still had it cause my family and I joke about how insane it must have sounded and how the team must have read it and thought that I was probably insane. But I digress.

Even though that item is only seasonal, Blush always knocks it out of the park. My wife and I look forward to their seasonal drinks every month and look forward to the weekend when we can order more.

Between their coffees, teas, and phenomenally delicious breakfast sandwiches we can’t get enough. My wife and brother in law say that the cheese grits are the best they’ve ever eaten. However, not only are their food and drink perfection, but the staff is literally out of this world.

They all know me by name, including the owner, and that truly warms my heart. I call to let them know that I am outside for my curbside order and they immediately know it’s me before picking up the phone and are already on their way. Or if I walk in they greet me by name and it makes me feel super special. I once went to Localtopia (an outdoor vendor market) where they attended. When the owner and staff saw me in line they all flipped and were so excited to see me. They told my wife that I’m a super star and that everyone is excited to see me when they see my name pop up on an order. I literally smile like an idot every time I think about it. It is one of my favorite memories and, again, something that my family always brings up.

This is, hands down, one is the best coffee and tea shops, period. It is a MUST.

Great atmosphere, reasonable prices and good service. The choices are endless and all the different flavors are very unique. It has a little something for everyone. From teas to sodas and lattes! I definitely recommend it!

A vibe! Friends live near by and I wanted a good cup coffee. I have driven out of my way to come get coffee from here! One of the best vanilla lattes I’ve ever had!!

Blush Has become one of my favorite spots in St. Pete! The owner Lori is so sweet and kind. Before COVID, my girlfriend and I had a Wednesday tradition of drinking delicious pots of tea for hours before hot yoga. Lori is always there, she makes it a point to get to know her patrons and remember what they like! They Have so many selections it’s overwhelming so we make it a point to try a new one each time and I have never been disappointed with any of them! My favorite is the Lulu’s Coconut Oolong and the Feel Better blend is delicious iced with honey. In a time where it’s so important to support your local small business owners, I urge everyone to check out Blush. From the awesome tea selection, unique baked pastries, scones & cookies, art all over the walls made by local artists you can purchase, the best candles and warm atmosphere makes Blush a little slice of heaven tucked away on MLK. Not only is the service wonderful and friendly, it’s such a cozy spot and the perfect place to take a friend to enjoy great conversation or a nice place to focus if you work remote. Or come in and grab some loose leaf to take home with you. The smell of the shop when you walk in is just so welcoming and comforting. I love the pop-ups here. Today it was waffles. Very tasty and coffee was good as always. This place has a great assortment of teas as well. Locally woman owned business, it rocks!

Sage and brown sugar latte is TOP notch! Love it. My partners iced latte best they've had around. Good thing its within walking distance because I think I've just found my new coffee shop!
