The Shack a Coffee Boutique

“Wow!”, “Oh My Gosh…” and “I don’t think I’ve had a sandwich this good in recent memory…” were the comments in the car as we dug into our boxes… These hungry travelers were impressed to say the least! Super ambiance, friendly people, great stop! We ordered 2 Italian (soooooo good), 1 Cuban & 1 Grilled Cheese sandwiches. All were loved. Thank you!!!!

A delightful oasis in the middle of an area that is struggling to come back from the last few years. The avocado toast is a delightful concoction of thick bread that manages to be sturdy without having too thick or hard a crust, so you don't cut up the roof of your mouth when biting it, and a delicious avacado mix that manages to be flavorful without overspicing it (and I'm from California, so I know my Avocado mixes.) The bathrooms are convenient to the road and easy to get on and off. There are plenty of cute chotchskies to meet your impulse buying needs. The grounds are beautifully manicured with a gazebo, bridge, and lawn areas that beckon you on long walks and impromptu photo shoots.

I LOVE the shack!! It’s ran by great people, who won’t hesitate to pick up a conversation with you. The lattes (iced or hot) are perfect!! And their food is outstanding! I would choose the shack over Starbucks any day!

Such a friendly unexpected pleasure. We had a cold beer and a small delicious gourmet pizza. Can't wait to go back and try more!

Ran out of wraps and took forever to make a veggie sandwich. Not worth the price.

My new (to me) favorite near St. Marks! Tried the BLT and Italian and both were delicious. You can tell the owner crafts his food with love. Can’t wait to try all of the items on the menu. Highly recommend!

I love this place so much. The whole family does. We visit the Wakulla area regularly and one of my favorite things to do is to get food from this place! I've had many things off the menu and they're all SOOOO delicious. The Italian sandwich might be my favorite. The vibes are great, prices are good, and employees are always nice. Can't wait to go back in a month!

The Cobb Salad is fantastic. Laid-back atmosphere.

Coffee was perfectly prepared and food was amazing. Top notch service and they make you feel like family when you walk through the door. Just wish they were open 24/7!

If there were no other dining establishments in St. Marks, this place would still put the town on the map. That said, this is not where you go for all-you-can-eat. Food presentation and quality get the nod here. For lunch, the Italian is a must-try. As for breakfast, well, if you're headed to the coast from Tallahassee, save your meal stop for here. You won't regret it.
