The Kookaburra Beachside

My go-to Kookaburra location. Baristas are upbeat, friendly, and serve a great product. And they have a walk-up window outside! Thanks Beachside!

This place is great. Period. Iced honey badger is beyond delicious. Espresso is very good. You can tell them the level of sweetness (e.g. half sweet or quarter sweet) for your drink also. The staff is always cheerful with a smile and a laugh. I always go here when I’m in town.

Just meh. The coffee wasn't special at all, expensive for what it is. Service was really slow inside and the barista was so hard to hear. It's very loud inside when people are talking and he's got a mask on and kinda snippy. It just wasn't anything special. The chocolate chip scone was pretty good but there's definitely better coffee out there.

This is a wonderful place for coffee. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is superior. We always try to find local coffee on our travels, and this was our place this trip. We visited every morning. Make sure to go early if you want a pie! Don't the great seating area behind the building. Skip Starbucks, and come to Kookaburra!!

As always, Kookaburra is fantastic. Every few years I get to St. Augustine and I always make a point to visit a Kookaburra. The iced Honey Badger is the best coffee I've ever had and the service is always good. It nice and cool inside when it's so hot out too. Bonus: it's dog-friendly!

Had to stop here at least once a day, if not more, while in town. The coffee is fantastic! The mocha nut is my wife's favorite. Most mocha/chocolate is chalky - not here! The Honey badger is awesome as well. Pick up a souvenir! ♥️

Great coffee stop. Nice to sit under the trees on the benches and watch the sun come up and sip on their coffee. I was just a little disappointed that they charge $18 for a very small bag of coffee to take home. That's alot of money for like 10 Oz of coffee compared to other places. But all and all, a great spot. And More importantly, great coffee. I didnt eat there but I was told the food is amazing.

Love love love this establishment! The staff is friendly and take your dietary restrictions seriously. The coffee is the best in town (my favorite is the iced honey badger with oat milk) and they have snacks on snacks all of which will make you feel all warm and fuzzy. Definitely get your next breakfast here!

Great local coffee place. Scone was amazing even served with a side of Devonshire cream. They have mini breakfast and lunch pies that smell delish!! Super friendly staff.
