Convenient but expensive. Nice staff. I only eat scramble eggs and bacon.

Lovely little cafe on the sidewalk right in the heart of Downtown, perfect for breakfast and coffee

Very nice little bakery and coffee shop. Convenient indoor and outdoor seating made our stay very pleasant. the almond croissant was superb!

We went there on a busy Saturday. First of all the place is small but really cute. The decor is very modern and the terrace is charming. We have been welcomed by Lorene the manager who is really adorable. She makes you feel at home. We ordered 2 eggs benedict with salmon and potatoes on the side, 2 croissants and 2 cappucinos. Everything was more than delicious. The croissant are really like in France, drinks was perfect and the hollandaise sauce was perfect. Very good vibes, very good food and drinks, this will be our to go place when we come to Sarasota

Definitely disappointed. I loved this little French restaurant when it was under a different owner and name. I went back today to have my favorite croque monsieur from the Mademoiselle restaurant under the name croque mademoiselle salmon sandwich. The bread was soggy and the hot sandwich I ordered (as there are two hot or cold) was cold. My coffee was room temperature and the music selection was not that of a French restaurant. The waiter never came back until we asked for our check. Sadly, this little gem has lost not only it's luster but it's charm.
Update: This was not Crop Juice. Thank you, I do know what I am talking about. I've been here many times prior to your ownership.

Their fried potatoes are great. The crepes are good as well and the service is great.

This place deserves better. The location is great on Main street but fairly empty. Not sure why it is not attracting more attention. Menu is light bistro style but kind of uninspiring. The quiche was nice but microwaved last minute and the palmier clearly undercooked. Still there are good reasons for coming like the absence of crowd, the nice outdoor seating and yes the very friendly staff. We will try again.
