Good place for coffee. Nice shaded out door patio seats, if you are out with pet. Nice interior space with coffee shop vibe. Excellent iced coffee with several Sugar-free syrup options available.

A bit pricey for what you get, but also a premium due to its location.
Very “coffee house” interior. Comfy.

I frequent this shop almost daily to get my coffee. The staff is always friendly and professional. I have learned a ton of information about coffee and tea in the past 2 years thanks to them! This is a great company that gives back to the community and the suppliers of their product!

My family and I come down 6-8 weeks per year. I walk down to get coffee and breakfast food 5-6 times during each of my weekly stays. Getting 3 coffees and 3-4 pastries spending between $26-$36 each day.

Today I walked down as usual with my family and came in as we usually do. Got everything and sat outside and ate with our dogs. As we got done my partner said he wanted to get a glass of water, so he walked inside and waited in line and they said it would be .50 odd cents. He did not have any money, so he was unable to get water. He came back out to us and said you have a dollar. All I had was a credit card so he did not go back in. It ruined our morning.

I several restaurants and bars and a cup only cost pennies even if it has a logo on it. I think it is being extremely short sighted to not take care of your customers. Are you worried a stranger will walk in and ask for a cup of water and you are going to lose .50 maybe think that person might be a future customer.

I only take the time to write you because I really do like your business but we will not be coming back in and supporting your business until you change your policies. From my math of how much we support your business its between $780-$1200 a year. Thats a lot of glasses of water. Do be blinded by the pennies.

Great coffee and food.
Not cheap but I think price is spot on

Some of the best coffee and treats! Love their frozen coffees, guava pastry and empanadas! Conveniently located in Rosemary Beach Town Square with indoor/outdoor seating and parking.

Good coffee. Sels art and some recycled souvenirs

I love Amavida coffee. The one near grand Boulevard doesn't stay open much past lunch. This one in Rosemary is open much later. Good for an afternoon pick me up

THIS IS THE WORST RUN COFFEE SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN IN. Management knows this is one of the busiest weeks of the year and obviously has done nothing to accommodate the customers. I guess since they have a coffee monopoly in Rosemary they can be arrogant enough to ignore the customers. Every day there is a line at the door...they have ONE person at the cash register.....really! Today when I finally got to the register the young girl thought it would be a good idea to balance her receipts at that time....really! With all the MONEY you are clearly making buy another stinking cash register!

Coffee and pastries are good - let’s get that out of the way - but this is highly over-prices for what you are getting. About 50% more than Starbucks in your average location.
