I have driven past this place many times but never been in until today. It was chosen by a friend who wanted to meet for coffee and catching up post-Covid. The restaurant was not crowded and service was prompt. I wish I could say it was friendly, but I didn't get the feeling the staff was very happy about being there.

A member of our party has a medical issue that prohibits her from drinking any caffeine. Unfortunately they were out of decaf coffee, and they couldn't even offer any of their list of six decaf teas. It was really strange, to be honest, and the explanation for the lack of decaf was that it's 'too expensive' to keep stocked? I feel like that's a terrible business decision. It will absolutely keep us from returning.

Only one member of our party had food, which they said was good (it looked and smelled wonderful). There are zero vegan options on the menu, though that's not really surprising for a French restaurant. Again, short-sighted in the US in 2023, but unsurprising.

I had a latte which was delicious. The last member of our party had tea and was never offered milk, which again was just a lack of attention to detail in their service. It was a disappointing experience, unfortunately. Our search for a good meeting place for coffee and catching up continues.

Love the ambience and the food is just a great experience. Always well prepared and fresh. The choices are so many! It is a very welcome twist to French cuisine with a dabble of unexpected Vietnamese and Cuban Fare. Love the Boba teas which was a pleasant surprise! The Vietnamese drip coffee is just the best I have tried so far! My favorite are the crepes. So many choices! The desserts are amazing!

Disappointed in myself for not taking pictures of the plates of food when they were served. First, only one waitress was present and she worked hard trying to keep things moving. The kitchen was very slow in their delivery. Maybe short on staff there as well.

The food was good with emphasis on presentation but scarce on the actual food on the plate. One of our party was served a wrong order. It was sent back and our member waited and waited and waited. When the correct order a croissant was delivered... It was burned and very over cooked.

Cannot say just say of the six of us in our party, only one person will revisit this restaurant.

This is an amazing spot for waffle.
The omelette was one of the best.
The waitress was extremely polite to the point of being a little creepy and seeming fake.
I would definitely recommend this place and will go beck when in town again.

First off, the food is absolutely delicious. I eat here often and have never been disappointed - hands down, best crepes in the area (I have tried all the local crepe places). Both the American (ham, potato, spinach) and London Infusion (chicken, mushroom, potato, spinach) buckwheat crepes are my favorites. I also love the omelets. BUT, the service ya'll. During the week, if not busy the service is perfectly fine. But when they get busy, the place grinds to a hault with seemingly no hustle to get things moving. That's my only complaint, and I have walked out after sitting for over 10 minutes without so much as water offered to me.

Good food, terrible customer service. We had a 5 person party and two of us (including a small child), didn’t get our meal until an hour after we ordered. When the meals finally arrived, the order was still incorrect. I kindly suggested they take the meals off the check, the most they would do was to discount it. They clearly have some learning to do about customer service best practices.

Me and my buddy met up at 215pm knowing that they closed at 3pm. Even with conversation before ordering we were still able to put in our order and able to finish it before they closed. The service was great and speedy. Friendly staff and the manager greeted us before our departure to ask how the meal was. The vegan options really helped me as well.

Delicious food, questionable latte art, staff needs more training.

Food: We ordered a cheese omelette, Paris Morning toast, and Lady Luck latte. The food was good, but the proper pour for a latte is lacking, since the barista over frothed the milk to cause an extreme bubbly texture and consistency. The crema was not set properly for a smooth top, and the barista waited too long to start pouring. Therefore, you’re unable to do any latte art. I recommend the barista to practice at home with steaming the milk and using a food colored water base. You can get a cheap Mr. Coffee machine with a milk steamer. You can even start with simple circles or hearts because leaves and flowers are more novice/advanced skills.

Service: It seems like a lot of the front end staff are high schoolers and need more training. One of the customers told our waitress that his chair was wobbling badly. It actually looked like it could break. She stated, “Thanks for letting me know.” However, this wasn’t communicated to any of the team members, so the host seated another family there. It’s a safety issue if it breaks. Also, when I asked the bus boy for to go utensils, he responded with, “Oh, I don’t think we have that here.” No to go utensils at a restaurant?? Our waitress was able to get us one. It also took a while for our waitress to greet her tables. I would suggest to change your approach and greet your tables early, and just put in the drinks first, and come back and get food orders, instead of having guests wait a while to put all the orders in because it kinda makes it feel like no one notified you that you have a new table. Just some suggestions.

Restaurant parking and environment: Plenty of parking outside. It’s located in a new, big retail area. The interior of the place is very chic. I liked the lighting. The space between the tables are pretty tight though, especially for people carrying baby carriers.

The food is great. I’d go here again, but hiring and training staff is always hard, no matter what industry.

$20 for an omelet and coffee - just an omelet, no sides or anything, and just a cup of regular American coffee. We must have come on a bad day because the espresso machine was broken and they were out of quite a few menu options. I'm fairly certain they served microwavable bacon in place of prosciutto. The service was almost non-existant other than ordering and drop off. Really rather unimpressive experience considering the nice atmosphere and extensive menu. Not likely to return unfortunately.
