Great outdoor coffee shop. Drinking coffee under that gigantic oak tree is heaven. Latter's & coffee are great. Limited selection of homemade scones and coffee cake. Many intimate seating groupings to sit. Wish it was closer to my condo. Luv live!

So glad we finally tried this place! Totally worth the time and can't wait to go back. The guys behind the counter, Monty and Sean (mgr), were super friendly and knew their regulars. Also, they offer a military discount, so another sign of a great business. We sat at the counter and had a nice chat with the guys, but a few cars were using the drive-thru. NOTE: no cash! They only take card here. But yeah, I found my new fave coffee place in Riverview!

Excellent food, coffee and service but the highlight was the strawberry cheesecake. My toddler loved it 🥰

Not that fond of being outside drinking coffee on an extremely hot day. Great homemade biscuits though. If you are not staying in this area could be a very far drive out.

Very cute place! Cuban Breakfast sandwich was delicious and the banana crunch muffin was also great! Will come back again. 😁

Cool, chill outdoor vibe. No inside seating so be prepared for the heat. Limited menu but eveything was delicious. Excellent customer service! We even had a couple of peacock visitors while enjoying our breakfast sandwiches and coffee. ☕

I was super excited to try this place but unfortunately the reviews and pictures are certainly misleading. When we got there we were the only ones in line, tried to order and they had only two food items available. So we chose the breakfast Cuban which was borderline disgusting. It's ICE COLD lunch meat with a lukewarm sausage patty, barely warm eggs, warm bread, melted cheese and mayo.. The difference in temperatures was repulsive. We ordered two cheese danishes which I was super stoked to try but they were stale. A sandwich, 2 danishes was $17?? I'm sorry but there's trash and straw wrappers everywhere and no one seems to care. Not worth it although the location is cute.

Coffee was fantastic! My wife had to order 3 different breakfast choices because they had no idea that they were out. Then brought out a muffin that was frozen inside. In the end they fixed it but wasn’t a perfect experience. Outdoor sitting area was very nice.

Great atmosphere for your morning coffee, great breeze, shade and furniture. very comfortable setting for some peace and quiet or a study or a meeting. coffee was great and the manager (Ben) was very friendly and helpful answering the history of the business. Will be coming back for more

Found this place looking up coffee shops. I love the atmosphere here. The little bar they have were you can see them making your drinks. They have a little fireplace too! I'm unfortunately not around this area so I can't come here as often as I'd like I'll be sure to visit again when I travel back to Florida.
