Amazing!!! We drive from st pete beach all the time to get a bfast sandwich and coffee. My favorite coffeehouse ever! The sandwiches are the best bfast sandwich I’ve ever had with the red pepper spread and coffee is so good! Recommend and will always recommend. 1000/10. My go to!!!! Like I always say after we go, “they are doing it right here!!!”
Edit; I forgot to add, the staff every time we go no matter who is there is so kind and respectful! Makes it that much better.

I would not recomend this place. It is on the water, which is nice. Their coffee is ok. They were sold out of egg and cheese and egg and cheddar breakfast sandwhiches, but had a few others, all of which had egg and cheddar on them. Those were passable. The sandwiches must be pre-made. The bagels were not very good. Also, there is no table service or inside ordering, inside eating.

we were looking forward to a great breakfast and if people come from all over for your coffee...you would of been packed...the couple next to us threw their food out and said what a waste
So we are allowed our opinions be a owner and take responsibility for your business...I don't see you open much longer...we only came to your place cause our favorite place was so packed... next time will wait to get good food...good luck

Very unique and relaxing place, very good coffee, very limited parking lot!

After wading through weeds to get to a dirty window to order stood on hot asphalt to wait for coffee. Coffee was okay but not worth the weeds, dirt and unshaded service area. Staff act disinterested. Save your time, money and effort.

Was there each day for a week and got to know the staff and they were all very friendly. Outside seating area is great!
