Mercer's Fresh Roasted Coffee

Great coffee and baked goods served by really friendly people! The shop is a nice place to sit and unwind. It has regular dining tables as well as comfy living room furniture. If you need a getaway for an hour or two, Mercer's is the place to go.

The rave reviews are true; this place is fantastic! I was looking for somewhere to cozy up with a good coffee and my laptop to get some work done. Mercer's was perfect. Couches and comfy chairs all around, free wifi, flavorful coffee roasted in-house, friendly staff and a laidback atmosphere. There was a group of women knitting in one corner and some folks playing cards in the other. Just a wonderful place to come hang out.

My first time and it was AMAZING!!! We both had frozen drinks. I had mocha, my niece had vanilla bean & coconut. The owner helped us. He was extremely polite & outgoing. He knew the regulars by name. We definitely have found our new coffee house!!! 5* For Sure!!!

Not normally a coffee drinker but took an elderly client (uses a walker) entering via door near adjacent salon (parked in lot, not out in front). Place smells great! Easy for client to navigate. Lots of comfy seating. Appeared to be only one staff person, which was plenty. He was very helpful, friendly, clean, and conscious of safe-handling/sanitary issues. Muffin and coffee were very good. We got two mugs of coffee and split a muffin for about $10 but this price included 2 cups of coffee to-go when we were ready to leave, so a great value IMHO. Quarters were (expectedly) tight re 6ft rule, but people were doing their best to distance themselves as best they could. Will definitely visit again and will recommend.

Wonderful cafe and staff!

Coffee is good and pastries are good. I haven't ordered anything extravagant, just the few coffee they have already brewed, but they were very good. Service can be a little slow when busy because there is just the one barista, but he's very attentive and friendly to each customer. It makes for a better experience while there than a rush rush rush kind of place.

yeah this is all good but only one thing this place does not work for the working man's business hours we have to generally be to work at 7:00 you guys don't open up soon enough for us Carpenters electricians plumbers etc but anyway

A very relaxing, comfortable, casual environment. Always a good experience. Whether you're a "plain" coffee drinker, or a hardcore coffee aficionado, Mercer's doesn't disappoint. Locally owned and in touch.

After a little bit of a wait, I ordered a an Americano. It was very good, but the person taking my order couldn't tell me the origin. I thought they would be able to tell me, as they advertise that their coffee is all freshly roasted. Another couple came in and got in line behind me. They looked all around and said it didn't look like they sold any food, other than the visible cookies and muffins. That, and the line of 7 people (1 barista) made them decide to leave. When I got to the counter, I did see a small menu posted next to the cash register. I would go for coffee again.
