I'm a big believer in "it's not what you say, it's how you say it."
Every week, I and 4 girlfriends get together for coffee. One of us, likes the coffee at 1971, 3 are indifferent, and I, despite having given it numerous attempts - hot, iced, cappuccino, just really do not like it at all. Since one of us does, and 3 are indifferent - we meet at 1971, where 4 us of purchase the coffee there, and I bring my own. Today - as she was delivering one of the coffees to our table, the barista, in a very unpleasant and scowling tone, sniped at me, "next time, you're not bringing Starbucks in here," and turned and walked off. No, "excuse me, would you mind if...." No "while we appreciate the business from 4 of you, it is our policy that..." No professionalism, niceties, courtesy, kindness...nothing. Just venom. So - starting next week the 5 of us will be having our coffee at The Coffee Grind, where the coffee, the atmosphere, the courtesy of the staff is FAR better.
YOU CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE 3 PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT I CAME WITH TODAY, WHICH IS USUALLY 4. YOU ALSO NEVER SAID ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE TO RESEMBLING I'M SORRY..NOR DID YOU WAIT FOR A RESPONSE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM ME BEFORE YOU SCOFFED AWAY...NO WORRIES...I WON'T NEED TO BRING STARBUCKS TO THE COFFEE GRIND - THEIR COFFEE IS ACTUALLY VERY GOOD THERE...AS FOR YOU TEACHING ME ABOUT COMMON SENSE...4 PAYING CUSTOMERS IS 4 MORE THAN ZERO PAYING CUSTOMERS...THAT'S SOME COMMON SENSE FOR YOU, "OWNER."

The smelllllllllll! When you first walk into this place, the smell tells you this place is legit. The coffee is fresh and my cappuccino was great. Perfect ratios of espresso to milk to foam. BUT...if you try anything here, get THE VEGAN BROWNIE, warmed up. It is so so good, super rich and chocolatey. Feels like a sin but you’ll enjoy eating it and have your coffee to sip on after you scarf it down. Service was friendly and efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the ambiance of the place. As a place with great cafe potential, I wish it were a bit cozier, but everything else was great!!

Very nice, huge selection of coffees that tasted great, very friendly service. Food selection is limited to mostly baked goods, so as long as you know that going in you should enjoy it! Food items were fresh and tasty, with many vegan options available as well.

Their coffee is not just good it is an experience. They roast the beans in house and the owner and her staff are extremely nice and skilled. The shop has a beautiful view outside overlooking the water. I highly recommend them.

I went for a stroll at tradition square and heard about this coffee shop so I checked it for the first time with my baby boy Ethan and my fur baby Zoey and I asked the nice lady in the front what she recommended. I told her I love coffee and she was so sweet and recommended a latte with one of their many selection of flavors. So I ended up getting a hot latte with peppermint mocha and cinnamon bun which she warmed up for me. I absolutely love the friendly atmosphere and service and quality of of their freshest brewed coffee. I highly recommend this place!! I think I found my new coffee shop. Thank you Ash and Nomy the girls in the front for such a great experience. Support your local small business!

Phenomenal coffee at phenomenal prices. They roast their own beans here with the daily brew being a medium roast. Quality coffee just the way you like it with prices well below other local coffee shops. I’ll be back!

This is hands down the go to spot for that real espresso experience. There simply aren’t places like this in Florida. The snacks are delicious, the drinks superb, and the staff are attentive and personable. The pretzel bites are fantastic with the spicy honey mustard. I discovered new lattes I couldn’t have imagined. Thank you for blessing Tradition with exactly what we needed, a chill spot to hang out and sip handcrafted drinks made with perfection.

Great service and coffee. Fresh beans roasted onsite always available. We had a apple cinnamon and blueberry scone that put us in the "scone zone" for the final 10 mile ride home. Good cyclist friendly environment with outside seating. Everyone check this place out! We been going for months.

I got an iced vanilla latte. Coffee was overly bitter and burnt tasting. Cost me $5.50. Nothing about this place would keep me coming back. I would suggest updating the menu to make it easier to understand and order for your patrons. There wasn’t pricing, options for drinks, or any features suggestions. Walking in and looking at the coffee stand was all a blur and unorganized.

Manuela always takes amazing care of us. It’s easily the best coffee in town. The art she does with the foam is incredible and it’s become my favorite place to relax and read :)
