We booked Cool Beanz several months ago for our annual pet fair at our veterinary practice on Feb 19. They notified us last week that they were pulling out because they got a larger venue on the same date.
This if course left us with no recourse because it was way too late to even try to find a replacement.
Absolutely no way to do business. Stay away from them. Their word means nothing.

I tried this place for the first time this week. A girlfriend of mine took our little ones. The owner was so friendly and so welcoming. Gave us spoons to keep that changed colors and a fridge magnet. I didn't try the ice cream but my son had it and loved it . I did try the macroone's and they were AWESOME! Honestly , I don't even like macroone's but these were great! I had the m&m and champagne. M&M was my favorite. You could tell they used good quality ingredients. I will be back next week with a different friend to try the ice cream! So happy that this place is in Tradition now!

I’ve found my macaron Heaven! I went to try their macarons and I’m very impressed. Very delicious 🤤 (I started eating the crème brûlée macaron and realized that I need to share my experience in a review). It’s such a cute place. I plan on taking my niece to get some treats and sweets soon. They’ve got various ice creams, shakes, sundaes, baked goods (gluten-free options), smoothies, sorbets, and ices. They’ve got a return customer guaranteed.

I am so glad a new ice cream place has opened in traditions! Hands down, the best chocolate ice cream I have had thus far! We also took a few cakes homes for later and those were all delicious! Thank you “COOL BEANZ” for the amazing customer service/desert!

My first ever time in here was today and W. O. W!!! The employees are so incredibly nice and personable and as an AVID and loyal Starbucks customer, I am now obsessed with CoolBeanz iced coffee. I was so beyond grateful and really enjoyed the delicious brownie I got as well!! Thank you guys so so much. I will now be a lifetime customer ❤️

Cool Beanz is such a cute place! I love the environment and the employees! Lillian helped me and was so sweet and bubbly. She was the cutest 🙂 Definitely will be coming back!

Not only is the coffee fabulous but if you want a treat this place has everything you could possibly want. Do you have a canine waiting for you to get home? Well they even have dog biscuits. The owner is the nicest person. He offered to help me to the car with my drinks.

I just discovered this treasure. There is a wide array of dessert items. The one thing that made me return thrice in two weeks is the friendly service from the employee. And, the peach ice cream is amazing!

I'm soooooooo in love with this place. The customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and very helpful with all my questions. I had the Dulce de Leche ice cream and also tried a cannoli both were so good. I'm looking forward to my next visit!! #sweettoothparadise
