Located in building that was formerly Takaras Steak house.Wow! The menu is incredible.
The Shrimp and grits were great.
We also had Crab cakes Benedict with "City grits" (grits with Gouda cheese, bacon etc. Delicious. We will be back.
Update. Last couple of visits suggest that quality and service have gone down over the last few weeks. Staffing seems overwhelmed and food has lost its flavor.
I loved this place when they first opened but my last 3 visits have been unsatisfactory.

This is my new favorite breakfast spot in town! The service is absolutely amazing and the food is to die for. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and has such cute decor, and the atmosphere is perfect. The wait staff are kind and energetic, and make sure that everything is perfect for us. The pancakes here? Best I’ve ever had. Seriously, this place is THE BEST!

The management of this restaurant has chosen to buy the poorest grade of ingredients. Frozen cubed potatoes tasteless English muffins had to ask for butter. Scrambled egg omelet was a total joke. Basically ordered two breakfasts of this type with a couple cups of coffee our bill was nearly $40. Seriously ,management take it on the chin and listen to what your customers are saying stop with the stamped out responses your place right now is horrible and undesirable. Hopefully some of the comments you are reading will serve as a wake up call. Again take it on the chin and move forward. Try not to destroy the huge
investment you are committed to.

This place is awesome. Chain restaurant with a great seasonal menu. The Bourbon Street waffles and lemon custard French toast are amazing. If you're ordering savory, get some biscuit beignets with orange marmalade to satisfy your sweet tooth.

2nd attempt in 5 days, no staff the 1st day was a Sunday and there had to be 7 open tables with over an hour wait. 2nd day was Tuesday, no one in the place only one person on. Not well managed. To bad the food is good if you can get served.

Okay, so the family and I decided to try the new place in town and even though the food was amazing, they need some customer service awareness and a class on new business community introduction.
Upon walking in on a Tuesday, the first impression is good, a smiling hostess and a clean store. We were greeted quickly with a drink order and told that she would answer any questions we may have about the menu.
My wife ordered the Bourbon Street pancakes, my daughter the Chicken and waffles with the spicy honey maple syrup on the side and I always try a Traditional Eggs Benedict at every new breakfast concept despite seeing a half dozen items that I want to try (the menu is magnificent)
My wife picks up her drink and a chunk of glass falls from the bottom of the glass the size about 3 inches long and 2 inches wide and very sharp, she can feel the crack with her straw on the inside of the glass. Hey, things happen, clearly the glass got banged, the hot water from the dish machine loosened a chunk and the the cold condensation caused it to fall off. Situational anomoly. I see the server take the glass to a manager, he glances in our direction and takes the glass to the back.
Our food arrives, except our 13 year old daughter's, they messed it up and are recooking it, her food arrives 8 minutes later, I'm almost done, my wife already can't eat anymore despite hers being amazing and I've been dealing with a hormonally challenged 13 year old sulking and whining for 8 minutes.
I see an Area/Regional Manager sitting two tables over on his laptop that's dressed differently than the other Managers I see walking around and occasionally interacting with him. They pass our table a dozen times, never once stopping to apologize for the issues even though they were not busy at all (about five tables) They had more servers than sat tables.
I did not see and of the 3 managers ever interact with any customers at all, I couldn't even get one to make eye contact.
When you come to a new community, first impression is crucial in introducing yourself to your future customers, word of mouth and social media reviews can make you soar or nosedive in those first several months.
My summary:
The food is incredible and a very diverse and unique menu that you will not see anywhere else.
The staff appear to be very friendly, well trained and eager to help you.
The Management team doesn't see you, you are an invisible dollar sign to them, you should be privileged that they have allowed you into their restaurant to dine on their superior
delicacies and if you are lucky then that may allow you to return, they have no interest in interacting with the lowly peasants of this community and will rely on an amazing product to keep you coming back despite any issues that you may endure.
I will return, if they permit me to after this review because I absolutely love unique and amazing food, I just think I will ignore the Managers now that they have established my expectations of them.
That's a review.

Went for brunch today, and I was amazing. 10/10 for service, drinks and food. Everything was perfect! I had the guava French toast and my BF had the Al pastor Benedict on the seasonal menu! My favorite drink is the Carmel cold brew! Highly recommend! Our server I think her name was kat or kit, she had short red hair was amazing as well!! Deff. Will be back!!!

Had been a fan of the lake mary location and they blew me away the first time i had the sausage patties. In P.O. location, today i got the sausages and although they were meatier, they were less green from herbs. The sausage was fantastic like it always is but i prefer the thinner herbier patties.(literally the only thing i would change) The sauces for the pancakes weren't nearly as sweet it seems for the boston cream pie pancakes, and were better distributed. This location has become my new favorite. Everything in my meal was on point and I have no complaints. Fast service, super polite and friendly staff. They are 15 minutes further from me and every bit worth it.
