Staff was untrained in handling electronic gift cards and were less than customer focused about their lack of knowledge.

My favorite coffee shop in all of Jacksonville. The café is always clean, well organized, and the customer service is fantastic.
My go tos are typically a hot honey badger with oatmilk and their biscottis. One of very few coffee shops that actually serve Piccolos.

Had my Chai tea and a wonderful chocolate chip banana bread slice. Yummy. Place.was pretty busy 10 to 11am on Saturday. Service was great.

Great coffee for Ponte Vedra just over the bridge into Nocatee. Covid requirements in place to keep everyone safe. Entire staff is friendly band knowledgeable.

This is a great alternative to your average coffee chain. They have some great breakfast pies, friendly staff, and some delicious house coffees. The honey badger is amazing, the aroma of cinnamon and coffee, the taste that reminds me of homemade cinnamon rolls. Check it out, it's a nice walk to the shop in the neighborhood, and it's a well developed small business.

It's all about the beans! How great is this coffee? Just wish they offered more drink options, especially iced, FL summers require it.

Yummy cappuccino!! 😋 I love adding hazelnut, and they had every flavor except hazelnut; however, the vanilla flavoring was delightful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Glad we stopped in! Ok, we stopped in twice...on the same day!🤷🏿♀️😊

I was sooo excited for this place -- have always wanted a local coffee shop alternative to Starbucks. The coffee is just not good. I gave it three chances because I really wanted to love it -- the drip coffee was bitter and only warm, the Honey Badger was weak and overly sweet, and the Long Black was also weak and if I had to guess I would have thought it was from a gas station. The pies are tasty though. And their staff at this location is incredibly nice and friendly.

We ordered a rose water chai latte and an Aussie. Both were iced and completely watered down. The chai literally just tasted like a cup of iced clove flavored water. Nothing chai or rose water about it. It was so bad that we just threw it away. The Clove flavor was so strong and lingering that my partner could still taste it for at least 10 minutes after a sip.
I don’t know if this is standard or not, but my drink was made twice (they gave me the wrong size initially) and still undrinkable. The other drink was ok, but would have been a Complete disappointment if my partner had not already had two cups of drip coffee elsewhere earlier in the day.

Visited today (our 2nd) with my brother and cousin and friends. Place is kept clean with sanitizer in each table. Friendly service like always. Great coffees!
I don’t like anything sweet so I’ve had the regular latte, cafe breve, and today, latte with 2% milk. No sugar or flavors added. We’ve had their delicious meat pie too. We live close by which is a plus and Kookaburra will be our go-to place for great coffees.
