The Rex Cafe

Love the Rex Cafe - We have a women’s Bible Study who meets here pretty regularly and it’s a great space. The staff are SUPER friendly and it’s downtown. Location is great and everyone there is VERY welcoming and helpful! Lovely coffee shop to read or meet with friends to catch up!! We are VERY grateful to meet on a consistent basis at the Rex Cafe! I highly recommend their signature drinks — They’re my favorite! They also have tasty teas. ☕️ Check this place out if you’re looking for a good cup of Joe!!

Everything on the menu is wonderful! Love the different flavors of Shaken Espressos and Iced Lattes. And the cinnamon rolls are off the charts amazing! 😋

This is a wonderful Cafe to stop and grab a specialty Brew. The owner is fantastic, employees are very friendly and kind. All the drinks we had were expertly crafted and a lot of care and consideration goes into every creation. Definitely a great place to stop for a coffee fix on Palafox!

I am Italian and a coffee lover. The coffee and cappuccino here easily lives up with the highest standards of places like Napoli (Italy). Excellent

The Rex has become our favorite coffee spot in Pensacola! Every one of the staff are so friendly and they make you feel really welcome.

The coffee is consistently GREAT and they have awesome pastries as well!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I spent 14 years of my navy career in the Pacific NW, land of coffee. I can unequivocally state the Rex cafe is the best coffee I've ever had in my life!! We met Lois, the manager, so friendly and warm. The barista was super nice also. Oh a shout out for the Pain au chocolat, again the best ever!!! Thanks a ton.

The coffee is great. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful.

5 stars is not enough. I spent most of my navy career at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. in the heart of the coffee explosion. Rex cafe is the best coffee I've ever had in my life!! The staff is extremely warm and professional. Lois, the manager, so friendly and warm. The barista was great also. Oh a shout out for the Pain au chocolat, again the best ever!!! Thanks a ton.

Great coffee and the staff was so kind! They gave us a great recommendation for where to snag breakfast. Enjoyed my time there. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area for sure!
