Bon Beans Coffee & Tea

Bon Beans is a great coffee and TEA shop - the woman working there is super sweet, and knowledge about her tea. The brand of teas they offer is high quality and the variety is endless - I tried the northwest sunset and it’s *delightful*. I appreciate that it’s loose tea and they bag and steep it right in front of you - the atmosphere is also relaxed. Thank you!!

One of the best coffee spots in Pensacola. It's has a peaceful, productive vibe, every interaction I've had there is super friendly, the drinks are yummy, and Janelle is the best!!!

When the customer asks for something, the Barista can say why it cannot be done, but ultimately the customer is right in what they want. Therefore, when my 61 year old mother wants 2 shots of espresso in her cold coffee, even after the Barista stated it would melt and be watery, then you give it to her. Which was not done. Especially when nothing of difference, just as strong was not suggested by the Barista. The extra coffee was not what my mother wanted.

Absolutely cute cafe! Lots of board games and free books that you can read while you're there. Kid friendly as well. They had puzzles and matching games for kids too which was a bonus! Being here feels so chill and relaxing. Their coffee is so good! I had the iced white mocha and it is absolutely tasty. It's strong but not bitter and the sweetness is just right. Very good tasting coffee. My husband had the cold brew and he said it was perfect. The barista was very nice and patient with my indicisiveness. She was working by herself and she had other customers before me that she had to make coffee for but she still took her time with me and didnt rush me.

Bon Beans beats all. They can do no wrong. They're phenomenal in every sense of the word. I have a ridiculously difficult order because I'm a difficult to please person, but dang! They got me! They got me good! Like a fat fish just waiting for them to scoop me up in their net of deliciousness. Plus the staff is extraordinary! I'm usually so annoyed by coffee staff because they're (for the most part) pretentious and annoying with their three week old expertise in the world of beans. But not at Bon Beans! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and have never burnt my espresso. Bless you, Bon Beans. Bless you.

The environment is really cool. Service is friendly. However they’re so expensive. Literally I was charged 9$ not including tip for a small seasonal coffee and worst part is the coffee tasted watering down with overwhelming, weird flavor. Would never return.

Was there for an extended amount of time. The barista brought us waters as we sat and chatted. Dine in cups were real dishes. Very friendly and helpful. Caramel apple Chai and apple muffin were delicious!

This place is great. Not only does it offer a super cute atmosphere to hang out in, but it’s usually less crowded than most coffee shops around. Also, the juices and drinks are delicious. I love the couches and we enjoy playing cards there. They also have a variety of games you can play and if you bring a book to their library you can take fake. Super cool!
