I've been a fan of the Coffee Break for years. I have honestly taken this place (& it's people) for granted!!! Wonderful Coffee, Delicious Food, Great Atmosphere!

Very nice and upbeat staff, not a Starbucks, better! I had asked for something hot, taste great; and to my delight the creme brulee coffee they picked was absolutely amazing, even so that I ordered a second cup! They have plenty of space to meet your friends, along with a small gift shop.

I called up today with an issue regarding them over charging me. I used to come here twice a week and spend over $25 a week.

After complaining about an issue i was directed to Meredith!!

Wow her customer service skills need some work.

You see i’m British and she couldn’t understand me!! Instead of doing what i do in my place of work if i speak to someone with a strong accent i would say…. I’m sorry it’s a bad line can you say that again. She told me several times ‘I can’t understand you’
I asked if it was a bad line she said no, I can’t understand you!!! At which point i told her. Do you know what. Keep the money i won’t be back!!!

Nothing compares to the feel of a cared about establishment that truly takes customer satisfaction to the highest level! The aroma of quality roasted beans. Clean comfortable atmosphere.
Great service, great coffee and great food!! So fresh, delicious and fast.

This is my favorite coffee shop. Great coffee, great atmosphere, great place to meet with a friend over a cup of coffee or lunch. I like the 1/2 BLT sandwich and 1/2 cup of soup. The tomato basil bisque soup is delicious.

The cashier was very rude. I order two extra shots in my large cafe latte and it still tastes watered down. I was here two days ago and the coffee and service was much better. Nothing worse than wasting money when you can’t get consistent service. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: (from 1 to 4 STARS) The owner contacted me and was very kind in discussing my review. I was provided with a $10 gift certificate which covered my next visit. The service issue was addressed with the staff. I look forward to enjoying quality service and coffee moving forward!

I love the people, the pricing, the hours. This is a great business.

The only reason it's 4 stars for me is their coffee is extremely acidic to the point it's unenjoyable without milk. This means the cold brew, iced coffee, or really anything outside of the sugar/milk group isn't great.

You can tell it's either roasted poorly, the beans are from somewhere acidic, or it's sat for too long. We roasted for years and have found Honduras beans are the best for that chocolate caramel goodness.

Something I hope they can communicate to their roaster because it's an easy fix and would easily make this the best place around.

Network business meeting had a chai tea Latte and it was very good the atmosphere was great they kept the tables clean when people got up all the simple things in a restaurant in coffee house you're looking for
