Cuppy’s Coffee Café

I had complained about the lack of real avovado on my first review. I went back this time and they had real avocado! Awesome. Still an amazing sandwich (the Tesla). I'll be returning for it again soon.

A cute little hole-in-the-wall, the staff offer amazing customer service, they are so friendly and helpful! The coffee is amazing, and the sandwiches are delicious! Love it here!

Up until today, my experiences at Cuppy's have been great. However if you're thinking of going, I would think long and hard about it. Today I walked in and the male barista began walking toward the cash register. I let him know that I wasn't ordering anything so he wouldn't walk all of the way to the register. I began setting up my laptop as I usually would. In a matter of 15 mins I notice that the store manager posted a sticky note on the store window. The sign read "Free wifi is for paying customers only, Thank you:)" I was completely flabbergasted that she would do such a thing. Before leaving, I spoke to her to explain how I thought it was rude and unnecessary. I also let her know that I have been a paying customer of the coffee shop for many months. I came in several times and purchased coffees and bagels from them. I can even recall speaking to the older male barista who is a pilot. After I explained this to her, she told me the sign was not just for me, there were several customers that come in just for wifi and she's been meaning to put the sign up for weeks. I begin to explain that if she wanted to put the sign up, it should have been before the business day began so it does not come off as if the customer is being targeted. She later says that people should go to the library if they are just looking for wifi b/c Cuppy's has to pay for wifi so customers should make purchases.

After the whole encounter I will not be returning to Cuppy's! This was very rude. Also you never know when someone is going to make a purchase or recommend your business to future customers. Especially when I was going to be there studying for several hours and Im sure I would have gotten hungry at some point. Secondly, I am a paying customer and have come in several times to make purchases. Also, Cuppy's wifi is not a necessity for me. I have free wifi at home. In addition to a wifi hot spot on my cell phone. I dont understand why any business owner would think this behavior is okay. Starbucks just got sued for similar conduct and making statements that there store is only for paying customers. While this encounter did not lead to an arrest like the Starbucks situation. I would think twice about conducting my business in a similar manner. I hope management takes a look at their internal policies and the way they effect the customers. It would have been nice to get an apology rather than to be brushed off as taking things too personal. Wrong is wrong.

Omgggg!!! I love this place! The menu is on fireeee, the coffee is delicious, Nate is wonderful & he read my coffee mind and made an excellent decision for my taste! They have overall great service, excellent food, and an excellent drink selection. I would definitely recommend it for any breakfast or lunch or shoot even dinner treat :-)

Enjoyed the steamed bagel breakfast sandwich with flavored blueberry tea. The service was excellent. Excited to go back to start trying the coffee selection.

Delicious steamed bagel sandwiches and a wonderful interior. The staff was nice and excited to help us. Definitely will be recommending to everyone.

Food is amazing....and they serve bfast all day. Went in for the first time today amd was very impressed. Cute place too and staff was extremely friendly. Also kid friendly and fast 😁 Will for sure go back.👍

Got my coffee, dude there... Whats his name? Devin? Dante? Daemon? Who knows? But hes nice and handsome and funny. Saras ight I guess. Matthews ight too. Id give 10 stars if i wasn't limited to 5. Would come again, especially when I wor-duuuuh... I mean when that Damian guy works again.

Lovely people with delicious food. They always are willing to go the extra mile. And, for a new business, they are really finding their groove, so I can get in and out quick.

Hidden gem. Love the breakfast food, but lunch food looks delicious too! Coffee is great and everything decently priced. Quiet and ok internet to work out of.
