The dark haired woman with curly hair and glasses was so mean and rude to me. I didn’t know which counter to go to and she was super sarcastic and rolled her eyes at me. We spend winters down here and family lives here. I am currently down here for the week. I’ve been in there before but won’t be coming back. Not a great welcome to OK. I left without ordering because I was so humiliated.

Brown Cow is our family favorite spot to have our coffee (juice), snack, and catch up with friends!!! We Loveeeee it! &&& we love Karen! 💝

When you walk in the place smells great. It looks yummy and inviting. The staff were friendly, but not knowledgeable of the product they were selling. I asked about the cacao percentage in the dark chocolate and the staff looked confused and could only say it's dark chocolate. I got 1 dark chocolate bark, 1 cow patty, and 2 raspberry jellies: it cost me $7. The dark chocolate was overly sweet and the raspberry jellies wasn't jelly but a hard gelatin square coated with chocolate. The flavor and texture was disgusting. The chocolate shoppe I had growing up was delicious and you left feeling like you got your money's worth. This was low quality.

Yum! Trip here with the girls did not disappoint! Had a delicious latte .. one of the girls had a chocolate malt that was much like I enjoyed during my childhood in Chicago! Cute place .. yummy bites from chocolate dipped graham crackers to fresh made brownies! A must stop while you shop!!

The owners, Paulette and Mark are the most awesome people making the most awesome food! They made us 100 of the most delicious cupcakes ever for the drive-by birthday party we had for our Mom. They also made a platter of excellent sandwiches for the family birthday party. They have a room in the back for catered events if you're looking for that too. Highly recommend!

We got some ice creams. So good! They have a good selection of ice creams and the variety of chocolates seem endless! Highly recommend. Will be coming back.

Ice cream was good except got a Sundae and hot fudge was not hot. Staff never smiled and was ready to get out of there.
