Mecatos Bakery & Café

As a Colombian, I am in love with this place. I have visited a few times since their recent opening. Each and every time I go I try something different and have not been let down once. This is authentic Colombian food, the best in central Florida! Their customer service is excellent. The owners make you feel welcome with their friendly and open attitude. For those who want to have a calm space to get work done or have some food and drinks with friends this is the place to go. The space is so energizing to be in, it is a very clean and spacious cafe. I highly recommend visiting!!!

Nice coffee shop and the customer service is very helpful. I asked a lot of questions and they were happy to answer. I was able to warm up my bread and they brought my mocha latte out to me. I really love this place for the seating and the vibe at this coffee shop. Highly recommended for a nice meet up or just to enjoy the atmosphere.

Since opening day I've been here 4 times already. Staff is all so friendly and attentive. They make you feel like family. Cozy and comfy place. Food is absolutely amazing, every time I've gone I've ordered something different and never been disappointed. My favorite is the avocado toast, still I can't leave without a few pan de bonos to go.

I can't believe it! Mecatos has come to our side of town! I am beyond excited. This bakery is unparalleled in taste, quality and customer service. With every bite of my guava and cheese quesito and sip of my delectable cortadito coffee I feel the love, quality and care they have put right in. The atmosphere of the place is family friendly and gives a reminiscent feeling of home. A shout out to our server, Amy, who cared for us with love and to my other sweet friend behind the counter who treats me like family form the first time I stepped in the door. I recently visited the Columbian bakery and I have to say, I was blown away by the quality of their pastries. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the aroma of fresh-baked goods and a warm smile from the staff. The display case was full of colorful treats, and it was hard to decide what to choose.

Accordingto my 5 year old son, "It's delicious in here!" I couldn't agree more.

Service was warm, friendly and attentive. Don't pass this place up without popping in.

We decided to stop by mecatos for coffee and baked goods. The pastries and bread are fresh and delicious! The cafe con leche is perfect with just the right amount of sweetness! We will definitely come back again.

Mecatos has always been a go to place of mine so I’m glad they opened a closer location to where I live. The vibe is great especially if you like to work at a cafe like me. Food is amazing and would definitely recommend their cachapa and colombian hotdog. They have a great service and did not disappoint at all. This will definitely be my new go to spot.
