The atmosphere is relaxing and fun, it is a great place to chill after a stressful day. The art is very cool, there are board games or pool, and many comfy places to sit, converse, or just enjoy the relaxing beverages. While it can be hard for a tight budget, it is a place worth chilling at.

This place is amazing! From the minute you walk in the aroma is refreshing, the atmosphere is inviting and the owner and her staff are amazing! They are so knowledgeable of their product and services and they welcome Rookies and Vets and all walks into their Kava & Kratom world! Wonderful place to bring your crew or create a unique one on one experience with someone! I brought my mother, twin sister, and three besties and we felt the good energy and vibes from the minute we walked in! The place is super clean and a great twist on taking a break from the Bar scene and just relaxing with beverages that still give you a wonderful, decompressing, exhale of a JOB WELL DONE at the end of any day! I LOVE THIS HIDDEN ADDITION TO OCALA, IT IS TRULY A HIDDEN TREASURE THAT I AM GLAD WE FOUND!

An astonishing place. Amazingly friendly staff, extensive menu with tons of room to be curious, and a wide, wide variety of knowledgeable crowd. Strongly recommended if you're looking for a unique and relaxing experience.

Sonya and Kibby (the owners) are masters of the Kava Kraft. Each drink and brew they make carry a unique quality to them.

Dillon, the head kavatender, is such a welcoming soul who is always there to listen and cater your drinks to your needs/wants.

The art all over the walls indoors provides a feeling of being in the most interesting museum. The fire pit and canopied area outdoors makes for a great place to meet new people in this community.

It’s a great place to go and grab a drink and unwind without the need for alcohol.

This is my home away from home my favorite place to just kick back before and after work,so so so many different faces and characters come and go we all come from different backgrounds and different creeds but we all look at each other like family the owner is a beautiful soul and is always looking for new and different ways to make the atmosphere better and better the employees are 10000000/10 the best people I know I'm so thankful for taking the chance and going my first night with my best friend which is a regular
Wednesday night flow night is the best
Thursday night karaoke is always a blast
Friday night movie/game night
Saturday it's a free for all open to till late
Sunday is always a quiet chill night the best way to end the weekend

I went here tonight and I wasn't sure because I knew it would be definitely out of my element of what I'm used to. The staff made it so comfortable and explained everything! We got 4 different drinks and all four were wonderful! They have a game room with a huge jenga game out of wood, cornhole, and quite a few board games. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The owner was so passionate about everything they offered. I will definitely be back!

Muddy Lotus Tea is truly a gift for those of us in Ocala who do not like alcohol bars, yet want to experience nightlife. It’s also a gift for those of us who work remotely and want a change of scenery during the work day. I love to come here, day or night. It’s beautiful to watch everyone being welcomed inside with a cheer of “HEY! WELCOME!” from staff and customers alike. It feels like a home away from home because they are such a family-style business. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is and how accommodating they are for food allergies. The staff continually shocks me with their above-and-beyond service. This week had a perfect example of that: a friend’s car was having issues, so the manager crawled under the car to find the issue and helped fix it so my friend could get home safely. That doesn’t happen at other bars... The owners are also so kind and have supported the local community, including all types of artists and other businesses. I competed in their Drop The Mic singing competition and won, but it didn’t stop there: I continue to receive kindness and support from the Muddy Lotus Tea team and patrons in my singing journey. I love to sing karaoke there on Thursdays and dance with flow artists on Saturdays. I am so thankful this place exists. BULA!
