This is the nicest local coffee shop, I’ve ever been too. went yesterday for the first time and was great and I don’t even like coffee. Now we just went again. Yet again great service and very welcoming workers. Now I think I love coffee. Thank you guys for the great time. Will be back next time we visit for sure.

Excellent coffee (had a cortado) and service!

Loved the coffee and cheesecake! I had the caramel mocha espresso and my wife had the caramel mocha frap. Also, I had the Oreo and the strawberry shortcake cheesecake. Delicious. So much better than DD and Starbucks coffee.

Alkimia is the only coffee roasters in Marion Oaks! They have delicious in house roasts! Worth the drive from anywhere in Ocala!

Very clean and friendly. Coffee was fresh and they even roast there coffee there. They also have delicious pastry items as well. They also have milk substitutes like oat milk and almond milk.
