Macondo Coffee Roasters - North Miami

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from this place. I was a loyal customer and supported this business multiple times by ordering their food and drinks in person, as well as through the online ordering app. However, a while ago I went in to order some drinks, and the woman at the cash register wasn’t very friendly and took long to make my order. I was hesitant to purchase from this place again, but I decided to make a second attempt. This morning I went in to order a drink, and as I approach the register, the same woman from the previous time I had went, didn’t even greet me, and with an attitude told me that she had to take care of the customer next to me first. Honestly, it’s so unfair to have been a loyal and local customer, and to have been treated so rudely. I don’t recommend this business at all, and would much rather support another small business who cares for their customers.

Well i went last week for espresso and there espresso is very good.Then i started looking at the menu and saw they had french toast with almonds and berries which i wanted to try...But of course when i go to order it they tell me they don't make that anymore. I should of left then but i stayed cause hubby really wanted the espresso..So i ordered a Croissant egg sandwich with bacon and the bacon was salty as hell had to open the sandwich and take it out..and also very small portions i think they gave me half an egg.. so if it's breakfast your looking for go elsewhere..Needless to say i won't be eating here anymore just drinking coffee.

Macondo has the best coffee! I work right upstairs from this location and I have tried various options and all are amazing!
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and greet you with a smile! It’s a pleasure coming here!

Delicious food, not too too expensive. Nice decor. Free WiFi. Great coffee. All in all, a great spot to come on your lunch break or for a breakfast bite.

So convenient to my home, & coffees are amazing. Not a Starbucks fan, so happy to have so near! Can't wait to try the food menu

Excellent local coffee shop with fresh homemade food, ample space, and perfectly roasted beans. Amazing guava cookies!

My favorite coffee spot. I go on Saturday because my little daughter likes the live music so its a perfect rime for both. The coffee taste really good and fresh. The food is also very tasty. And I have to add the wonderful costumer service.

The owners must start to check what their team is doing on sunday mornings

Asked for a machiato, got an expresso with milk on an expresso cup (the smallest one). When i ve asked if they did not got it wrong, they gave me a paper cup with milk to mix things..

I dont know if these are orders from the owners, or pure lack of experience, or they dont really care. But these girls have one shot to grab a customer, when they mess up and they have a chance to make things right, they should grab it
