nearly everything on their menu is good. the line can be a little intimidating, as you’re often sitting there for a WHILE. just allot yourself at least 20-ish minutes to get your drinks. it’s a super popular spot on a busy highway so i’m not surprised by it, nor am i personally bothered when i stop for coffee. just be aware if you go to try it!
Absolutely the best place around to get coffee. The WD team are the most friendly and personable group of guys and gals who will surely get your day going with a cup of pleasantry and caffeine. 😁
Saw the incredible reviews and the coffee definitely lived to the hype! Great coffee! However, we drove on the incorrect drive thru spot and the worker made sure we knew that. I understand the safety hazard of us not seeing the correct drive thru spot, however, when I began to ask questions about the menu… we received nothing but attitude. We’re not from the area and didn’t realize how much we upset her, but I was disappointed by the service we received for an honest mistake. We apologized but it didn’t seem to be acceptable.
Customer service was great but I’m honestly not sure what the fuss and obsession about this place is. I ordered a basic “pumpkin pie” iced latte and it didn’t taste how it was supposed to or how you think it should unfortunately. Waited literally 30 minutes to get 2 drinks that are comparable to 7/11 coffees. 🤷♀️
I love the drinks, but please don't leave your location. Since you've opened I've seen such a good impact on our community and I hope all the attention gets the city to help clean up the area. You guys are awesome keep up the good work thank you for all that you do!
This place is amazing and has great coffee fast. My wife lost her job recently and was clearly upset. One of the employees paid for coffee then every employee came out and consoled her. Amazing people. I consider them coffee family forever.
Tash was very helpful with recommendations for visiting the first time. The espresso smoothies were amazing and the dozen cinnamon apple cider donuts were awesome.
Update: 04/29/23 Got an apology from the owner thru txt and on here, so I decided to add 3 stars to the business owner customers services for being professional of taking care the situation. Like I have mention I don’t mind it’s just need to be clarified and inform the customer about it, and just apply the amount that customer asked to do so.
Don't feel like will coming back here give them a 3rd chances. Last time when I was there i told them percent of the tips to be added and they automatically added 100% tips to total. So talked with the owner he pretty reasonable, so been a while decide to give them another try, so again today, first of all tips is appreciation so they asked for the tip amount, that’s fine so when they asked I told them 10 percent, because normally I would Give 20% at a restaurant because they legitimately give you services run around bringing you food. and guess what l, they again decided to added 20% after I said 10% please. I don’t mind if they said minimum is 20% but don’t just added extra tips without notifying the customers about it. They need to train their employee a little better dealing with public money!!!
I just tried this place for the first time this morning. I got the Lotus energy drink. It's absolutely delicious and sooooo cute. The colors and sparkle are adorable! The flavor though?!? If I could give 10 stars, I would. I posted it on my IG and am recommending it to everyone I can. I will be stopping here more often on my morning commute.
