Village Coffee Pot of Mount Dora

1st time in town and ice cream shop... We came in at 5:17pm on Sat Feb 10th.
All of us (husband, daughter and myself) all enjoyed our dessert.... My husband turned the Espresso Ice cream into a shake...while I had the Chocolate Chip mint ice cream (small cup is enough) and my daughter had a chocolate waffle cone. All was great...The young lady at the counter was great.

I had a bad experience. I stopped to get coffee. And there was no sugar on the cart, where the sugar was supposed to be. I told the girl there was none. And she just gave me like 3. I like my coffee sweet. Same thing happened to my sister. I spent over $20 in coffee. Would definitely not go back!! Too greedy with the sugar.

This is an amazing place to grab a ice cream to cool down. Coming to mount Dora on a impromptu trip this place didn't let me down at all, ice cream was asking and priced well. The owner was amazing and very easy going. I highly recommend this place if you ever want an affordable place for ice cream and a amazing experience.

I absolutely love this place! The ice cream tastes homemade and they have so many delicious flavors. You also can’t beat their Cuban coffee! I would highly recommend.

Small coffee / ice cream shot with a bit of old fashioned persona. Had the Captain's chocolate shake with cream. Tiny pink restroom for customers. Shake was creamy and delicious.

There were two girls, seemed like in high school, working when I went in for ice cream. They were very unfriendly and not accommodating to what I asked. The toppings they had on display were also not the same topics they placed on my ice cream, and none to replace them, so I paid for toppings without getting any once I got a new ice cream.

I have been coming here for 8 yrs now. The food and coffee are great . Most I'mportant is the fact that owner and staff are congenial and fun to chat with.
I have met more people from the local community here and find them to be great to hang w,with.
All that and incredible ice cream to go along with the ;therapy" lol

Ice cream on the pricier side but worth it. Came in 5 minutes before closing while they were cleaning up and they stopped to serve 5 of us. Good vibes all around.

Decent place to grab a coffee or drink, but it feels like its a little overpriced and not really that great tasting. Also, the staff could be friendlier. Every time I go in they act as if I'm bothering them.

Nice spot for coffee , love the place and cute inside, the service was outstanding and caring, very clean
