One Flight Up

Nothing to write home about. The sandwiches are average plus. The soup of the day the server told us is made fresh by the owners wife. I am sad say that it tasted like canned soup. We didn’t try any of the hot beverages maybe the drinks are better. The place is small and cute. The decor was artistic and the paintings were pretty cool. The chair I was sitting on was old and needed to be replaced. From a scale of 1-10 it is about 4 1/2. My husband and I will not be going back there again.

Cozy coffee, dessert and wine bar. Especially sitting on the balcony is a nice way to relax. The service is excellent, and dessert portion is generous. The price actually very reasonable. If able to handle the stairs, could be a good designated break time hangout while you enjoying Mount Dora.

A must stop in Mount Dora. Quiche Lorranine and Chai tea did not disappoint. The husband's breakfast sandwich and coffee was tasty too, he was very content with his choice. Served quickly, great presentation of food and overall great service.

Enjoyed some coffee and a sandwich during a little weekend staycation in Mount Dora. The menu is simple please know that this is a casual spot and beware if your hungry and have some crazy high expectations. However, it was a lovely inexpensive little nook!! Staff is friendly, the view is lovely from upstairs, and my ice coffee was delicious!! I will be making this one of my usuals on my trips to Mount Dora.

Nice place with great service. The food was just okay, but the coffee was great. I ordered a salmon ceasar salad which was garnished with tomatoes and crackers. The salmon was on the bland side and overcooked. The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. They have a balcony you can sit on and enjoy your meal or coffee. My mother in law says it is a great place to gather with friends and enjoy a pitcher of sangria. I would recommend the cafe for the view.

Very cool place, loved the multiple small rooms with different decor. Art on walls was available for sale too. Food was excellent and served fast.

It was a great breakfast as always. Love their Quiche Lorraine and then top it off with a cinnamon bun. Delicious!!

5/18/23. It's still a great place to go. Sitting on the balcony for early breakfast is so enjoyable.

Had brunch on Saturday morning and ordered a large iced coffee with Quiche Lorraine. We sat on the upper outside balcony before the afternoon crowd started filling up the streets. Very good spot for brunch and the server was very kind and attentive.

This is such a beautiful place. What impressed me the most is the seating arrangement. Lots of artistic decors. I went there for a cup of coffee and salsa and chips! Both were so good! Very nice place to relax .. good choice of music too!
