I was planning a wedding shower and the bride is allergic to EVERYTHING! I quickly discovered how hard it was to find a bakery that could provide nut-free and gluten-free options, UNTIL I spoke with Kim at Tupelo's!
We ended up ordering a dozen strawberry gluten-free, nut-free cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting. Not only were they beautiful and delicious, the bride confided in me that she felt like she was doing something wrong by eating something so indulgent that typically is not included in a list of foods she can readily eat.
The food was awesome, the bride was happy, and so was my wallet. Thank you Tupelo's for the awesome service!

One of the gems of Monticello. Never had a bad meal here and we've tried just about everything. It's a bit of a hot spot in this small town for lunch so give yourself a little time if going around then.

Creative and really delicious locally sourced. Be sure and also take home some of the as good as it gets dessert.

Best cakes, cookies, scones and pastries.
The best BLT...and their bread is obviously a major part of that.
You have to try their lunch. Worth it but order ahead online because it runs out quick!

Menu selection was small. Didn't get anything from menu cause it was either something with sweet sauce on it or just not a good combination all together. The bread of my sandwich just crumbled into pieces so really I was left with roast beef and toppings. The cafe was warmer inside than outdoors and it was uncomfortably quiet. It'd be nice to eat in air conditioning at least 75°, have soft background music and maybe a more simpler menu or just a few basic sandwiches. Would love to see them get sourdough bread and provolone cheese.

Love love love this place!!!! Monticello local here and my wife and I have made this a regular spot for our lunches. Friendly staff and a great little downtown setting.
