I buy coffee here a lot and love it. The pastries are also good. It's the best coffeehouse in the are. I highly recommend it and it is female owned.

The drinks are awesome (better than Starbucks in my opinion) and the people are friendly. The service is usually quick too.

today, I ordered myself & my daughter coffee. She’s 7, so I ordered her a decaf with caramel, she didn’t like it, I didn’t like it. I went back around the drive thru & explained she didn’t like it and asked if we could swap it out. The employee said no they can’t swap it out just because she doesn’t like it, but could if it was made wrong, per her boss. So I had to pay for another coffee. I understand we are all trying to make a buck in this messed up economy. But it cost less than a quarter to make a cup of coffee & you could have made it right by just exchanging it . I work in a restaurant, and I speak for my guests when they don’t like their food & will do everything I can to make it right to ensure they return. So, bcos of this I won’t return . Take care of your customers & they’ll take care of you.

Cutest little coffee place in Middleburg. The staff always greets you with a smile. My favorite drink is the white chocolate mocha! Highly recommend

Really really tried. Love their coffee. Their customer service sucks! Went here a couple of times and it’s like the girl that works here always has a bad day. So it’s a no for me. Once I start seeing the better reviews on customer service I will return

I ordered an almost $7 drink and was given my drink in a cup with a lid that didn't even fit on it or latch down at all. If you know the lids don't fit right and your handing a customer a drink that is so full it's even coming out of the straw hole alittle bit wouldn't you think it would be smart to warn them about the lid instead of letting your customer spill an almost $7 drink all over themself and their car on their way to work. This is only my second time trying this place and I will never go back after this awful experience!!😡

What a brilliant little coffee joint! Royal Moose Coffee has an extensive menu with coffee, frozen drinks, specialty drinks, bakery items, and more! I found their menu to be quite impressive given that it is larger than Starbucks, and includes more adorable pricing for what you get. And I do believe that they now sell Coffee Floats! My fiancé ordered a Pecan Pie flavored iced coffee. It was light, sweet, and very tasty! If you are someone who happens to be traveling along the road and in need of a mid-day pick me up, this is the place to go!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally stopped yesterday and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The service was fast and friendly and my drink (frozen cafe mocha) was everything I had hoped for. I will definitely be going back. Also the prices are not bad.

Good products, lids seem to come off the large drinks everytime very easily. No prices on menu, has been this way for months and they no longer offer kids sizes.
