Stopped in here to do some apartment hunting and research on my laptop. Great place. Family owned business. Friendly people at the counter. Spacious pleasant atmosphere with lots of light. Fast WiFi. Comfortable chairs. The mango bread was good. Good space for some private study or conversation.

Love this little coffee house. The coffee tastes delicious and the environment is so inviting. Sometimes the orders take long if they are busy, but they are so great about it that it is not even an inconvenience. Perfect spot for a coffee date.

Excellent coffee, food and exceptional service. Owner is very friendly. We felt right at home. I am here again with my friend. Again, excellent place for gourmet coffee. This will be a regular place for us. Pleasant atmosphere and people.

Great place wonderful people and they even Uber Eats

Never been near their location but heard they had great coffee so we decided to check it out. It was defently worth visiting! They have great coffee and food. They used real dishes instead of desposible when eating in. The people were very nice and friendly. Will go back to study with a latte.

Magic City Perks is Definitely a Must do, great place to pass by in the mornings to get the day started.

West Kendall finally gets a real coffee shop. Dirty chai latte and the pourover were great.

First time visiting and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic design of the place. The owners, Bert and his wife were there and provided great hospitality along with their staff. The coffee was also delicious. I’m hoping to make frequent visits here!

White chocolate Raspberry iced latte is a MUST. Great ownership, super modern establishment and perfect spot to be able to relax and be on your laptop while drinking some really good coffee. Highly recommend. Nothing like it.
