My family and I were waiting our turn for our order to be taken, when a family of 7 or so people decided to stand right in the ordering window for over 15 minutes, not allowing anyone else waiting to be served the ability to order. We politely proceed to ask the waiter, who is maskless, patiently drinking coffee, and conversing with the family, for instructions on how we can order, since the window was being blocked by the family. The server proceeds to respond by rudely telling me there is nothing he can do about it and starts calling my mom “love,” among other unprofessional names. Will not be back and do not recommend. Lack of respect and empathy for customers.

It for sure was the bear coffee I have ever had. I called the place and the owner picked up and I just had to ask what type of coffee it was and he so was kind and told me the type of coffee and even sent me the picture of it- mind you I live in SC/NC. BEST COFFEE PLACE IN BAYSIDE

They sold me a rotten empanada and they did not want to return the money to my card, instead they wanted to make me a change after selling me something in poor condition, after such a terrible experience I would not want anything from this place

I love it, easily the best coffee place of all Bayside Marketplace. Their only drawback is their schedule. People that work there at the retail stores usually open at 10am. Employees and managers (myself) have to be there by 9am in order to prep for opening. I wish that I didn’t have to leave my store while working to get my cafe con leche and tequeños and rather have them before getting to work. They always have a line by 9:45am due to the same situation and I’m not the only with the same concept.

Great customer service, coffee and Empanadas!

Great coffee. Baristas always ready to please. Asked for it for here and they made it to go. I enquired and then without le asking they sent out a new one in the cup. Very good customer service.
