Mulberry Lane Cafe

Every time I go into Mulberry Lane, I have zero issues. The portion size are above average and in my opinion, You could eat two meals out of one meal here. also for their portion sizes the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and last but not least, they will work with you if you need curbside pick-up.

I've been eating breakfast here since they opened. We also use them for catering our company breakfast meetings. The food is delicious and the quality is consistent. You MUST try the grits. I dont usually eat grits but I do at Muberry Lane. Their breakfast is the best in town and so are their muffins. ( The husband / wife owner team started out making and delivering muffins to many other local restaurants before opening this cafe.) Good people; hard working Americans.

Service was great. I ordered the breakfast platter, which comes in different sizes. I had 1 egg scrambled, 1 piece of bacon and one piece of French toast. Amazing tastes all on one dish and not overflowing with calories, but overflowing in taste

I’ve eaten here 3 times now and I have nothing but good things to say about every experience. Everything I’ve tried and has been great, so definitely explore the menu and the variety of muffins. The staff work great together and are very friendly with sincere greetings and warm goodbyes.

I eat here everyday and one day i felt like i didn’t get enough grits. when i asked for more i was told it was a 15 minute wait. The cashier told me, you come everyday so don’t worry we’ll give you some more next time. I call up to go take out order and place my order and remind them about the extra grits and the lady, said management isn’t here to verify that. are you serious? your gonna loose a customer for one little scoop of grits? what happened to the customer is always right? keep in mind, i never complain because the food is always perfect. Will take my business somewhere else

What stands out in the cafe is the service team and the food. Each of the waitstaff was high energy, knowledgeable and motivated. My grits came out perfectly seasoned, eggs over easy were in excellent shape, bacon was crisp without being too toasty. The grilled muffins make a great desert for a hearty meal.

Really good service. Accommodating staff. My girlfriend has a food allergy which they happily followed. Food was very good and i must say the muffins heated on the grill (i know, just try it)were amazing!

This place was awesome!! I️ had to try a muffin which was hard to decide because there were so many delicious options. I️ tried the pumpkin spice which was grilled and buttered. It was amazing! I️ had the spinach cease salad with grilled chicken and although it sounds simple it was beyond ordinary. Great dressing thinly
Sliced red onion and home made cheesy crouton. I️ couldn’t resist trying my friends Reuben because they’re my favorite and this one was stacked high with meat cheese and sauerkraut. It was sooooo good by far the best I’ve had in this area. I’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to trying other menus items!

I've eaten here twice now. The first time I came in there was an empty booth with a clean table that my wife and I had our eye on (we prefer booths). The hostess started walking us to a table and we requested the booth.... and we were told no (I've never had this happen before and we eat out a lot). After asking why, we were told that the waitress in that section had already been sat several times, but the manager came over, gave us the booth and apologized. The food was great and so was our experience after the apology. Now, I'm sitting at the table during our second visit, the chalk blackboard by the front door says "please seat yourself", and I just witnessed them ask a guy in uniform to move. It was so close that we could hear the conversation, and it was the same hostess...... I may be wrong, but when a paying customer comes to eat at your restaurant, should their preference be the priority? That's customer service.

Good service friendly staff, casual environment. Food is good. Egg whites a little brown I guess from burnt butter, but flavor of Farmer's Omlete was good. Coffee is really good.
Overall a nice, local place where you run in to familiar faces. 👌👍😉
