This is a little gem in the Eau Gallie Arts district. Probably the best coffee you'll find unless you're a die hard Starbucks fan. Still, the smaller scale is more appealing. Many patrons stroll in from the sidewalks. The staff are really friendly. For under $10 per person I got a latte and a tasty slice of warmed quiche. Closed Sundays.

The best cappuccino I have had was here! You will love this local coffee shop and taste their passion for great coffee, tasty brunch items including this single vegan option, the tofu fakin scramble taco. Friendly service with a patio out back.

The coffee is fair at best but the bigger problem is they’re never open when they should be. I’ve tried to go there several times, during normal open hours and for some reason they’d be closed. I won’t be bothering anymore unfortunately.

I love Anaya! Definitely a place you go to sit down not a "Starbucks" kind of place. Quality coffee for a good price and nice atmosphere!

Edit after living here for a few years: I bumped into their baker one day- an unassuming, sweet woman, who as far as I know is not a formally trained pastry wizard but simply has a knack for chewy cookies and refuses to share her secret recipes. "Everyone keeps asking! Maybe I'll write a book one day," she said. I hope she does. I'll be first in line to buy it. The drinks are always perfect, as well, but it's the giant cookies that have my heart.
Their seasonal drinks are always incredible, and whatever the baker is doing to these Ginger cookies is really working out.
Note to baker if you read this: please, PLEASE share your recipe with me

An absolute wonderful experience all around. Many incredible GF and vegan options. Perfect Chai. Several no dairy treats and a staff that kept us smiling the whole time.

EDIT 6/24/2020 - NONE of the employees were wearing masks. I appreciate the outdoor patio, but watching people breathe into my coffee while they’re making it isn’t quite worth it for me.
I love this place - it’s a little far from me, but I’ll often make the trip just because their mexican mocha syrup is that special. I usually just get it in cold brew, but I’d imagine it would be good in anything.

It is highly rated. I arrive on Tuesday early. And the most funny excuse , except bagel( the smallest one for the price) A/C not working, so no omelets or anything. I was hungry and ordered bagel. I could have eaten 10 if I could afford it.
Do not get me wrong. It was very tasty, the coffee , very good for that long drive . But disappointed.

Good cold brew. More convenient to access than SBucs. Park in front. Sidewalk seating or this really cool back courtyard with fans.
