Pasta And is charming, romantic and comfortably sophisticated. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food is authentic northern italian made from superior quality homemade recipes. The flavors are amazing!

My fiance and I were out looking for some good Italian for dinner tonight (Saturday night) and we accidentally stumbled upon this place. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Have you ever tried a bite of food that was so good you sat in complete silence from the shock? Well that's how it was for us. I had the mushroom ravioli/truffle and he had the rabbit ravioli in the Moscato sauce. It was unreal. The staff was very nice and explained the menu to us. Dessert was delicious and so was my cappuccino. Hands down the best Italian I've had in the tri-county area. We will definitely be back.
Heads up it is a small place so I would say a reservation is a must they were able to squeeze us in but if they couldn't it would've been a 3 hour wait. We got lucky. Definitely make a reservation!

First of all, our server seemed just as excited to have us as we were to be there, which only enhanced our joy :-). I read the reviews for this place and our experience did not disappoint. Rinky-dink plaza but this place is amazing... Mom and pop restaurant where mom and pop are not just the owners, they're actually your chefs. So many wine selections. Lots of mushroom and wild boar dishes (so for those of you who are vegetarians or carnivores: you can finally get along here... there are plenty of options for you both, and even some pescatarian dishes). Everything made fresh in house. I was so jaded by the typical italian restaurants here in America... but this place is refreshingly authentic. On that note, don't expect your basic "italian" dishes like chiknn pa&rm or plain spag n meatbalz... This place is the real deal and honors recipes from north Italy. Enjoy!!!

Pasta and... deserves 1,000+ 5 star reviews. We were lucky enough to find this hidden gem a couple years ago, and now we come for a date night about every other month. I lived in Italy and I can honestly say, it's like stepping into Northern Italy. Nothing like the rest of the Americanized "Italian" restaurants. A few of my favorite dishes here are the wild boar ragu, the rabbit ragu, the lamb gnocchi, osso bucco, ugh the list goes on. It's also a wine lover's DREAM. They have several Sommelier's in-house including a Master Sommelier, who always recommends us the best Italian wines unlike you can find elsewhere. For desert, I highly recommend the pistachio gelato. It has the purest pistachio flavor and just melts in your mouth. JUST like Italy. Gian Marco is the best host, his Father is the chef and Mother cooks as well. Such genuine people, truly. Very romantic interior, a single rose on the table, beautiful dim lighting, nice quality wine glasses, about 8 tables max. Quite simply, it's date night heaven.

From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a cozy Italian trattoria, with warm lighting, decor, and a welcoming atmosphere. But the real star of the show is the food. Their pasta is handmade! We tried several dishes, but the polenta al ragu was a standout - the polenta was perfect for the rich, meaty sauce. The Ravioli di Cinghiale al Burro e Timo was also a winner. Kind of far for us, but this restaurant is worth the trip!

An amazing Italian restaurant! Freshly homemade pasta, sauces and desserts! Don't let outside fool you. In a small shopping strip next to a Papa John's. The cozy romantic ambiance is superb. Nothing beats excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. From our burrata & smoked salmon appetizer to our delicious entrees and our tiramisu we were wowed with each course. Spectacular stuffed ravioli for my wife and I enjoyed the wild boar pasta. The wine pairing was also amazing. Great for a date night Or group dinner. Definitely looking forward to my next dinner at Pasta And...

By far one of the best Italian restaurants in Florida and a definite top 10 in North America.

It’s actually not expensive for the quality of the food they serve.

I was a little hesitant to go as it’s in a strip mall. I’ve now learned to leave my preconceived notions behind.

The wine list is on par with the food and the Italian beers are upscale

I had a squid ink linguini with seafood, it was pure pleasure to be presented with such a plate. The calamari was so tender it melted in your mouth like a filet mignon.

All the staff speared to be Italian and the service was impeccable.

This is now my go to restaurant to impress the family when they come visit from Italy.

This is worth 5 stars! We went there last night-made reservation this time-as a party of 3. Their specialty is Northern Italy cuisine and homemade pasta/ravioli. The waiter took time to explain everything to us, including wines. I had the special, which was pappardelle with wild boar ragu, and our friend had homemade ravioli with porcini mushrooms-wow. And the hazelnut cake with cappuccino-oh my. It was a calorie splurge but well worth it. The atmosphere. Service, food and presentation were all 5 star! It is truly a hidden gem!!!
