Isla Latte

My first time experiencing Cuban coffee. While I can say that I'm a cafe au lait kind of woman, I was willing to give it a shot. For me, the Cuban roasted beans are just way too bitter, hence the need for a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT of sugar to kill the palate.

They redeemed themselves on the guava and cream cheese pastry as well as the coconut pastry. The layers of deliciousness were a beautiful contrast to the coffee con leche I tried. We also split an egg and cheese sandwich was just "ok". It needed a little help but then again, I will admit that I'm a bit spoiled in that department ... being married to a former chef.

Love their coffee and hospitality. Was never there early enough to get their famous pastries, but will next time.

I got an iced green matcha tea sweetened with honey and a mango smoothie for my breakfast and it was A+ quality! A very nice small business that I’m happy to support instead of Starbucks.

Perfect Iced cafe con leche! Smooth and creamy and perfectly made. Service was friendly and fast.

I got an iced latte with caramel and it was absolutely delicious. The lady who owns this place is super sweet and very knowledgeable. Her pastries are great, give them a try too!

Wow! Incredible food and friendly owners! The guava and cream cheese pastry was so good that we went back for another! Coffees were excellent. What a wonderful start to the day!

So, so, good! Coffee was excellent, pastries were amazing!!. The ham, egg and cheese on Cuban bread was scrumptious. The atmosphere was cute and everything was delicious! Highly recommend. We will definitely be going back!

BOMB 💣 went there this morning to get coffee for the hubs and I and it was amazing and so we're the two ladies working there I felt at home and I loved it!! You GOTTA try them if you're staying in this area or driving through!

ONLY good coffee we found staying a week in Marathon. Coffee is amazing. Food is pretty good too.
