Donut King of Leesburg

I was there this morning early - got 4 different pieces ($11!!) and got home to find one was very stale - could not have been made that day - I am beginning to find this once in awhile at this location. To bad - especially because of their prices.

The lady who waited on us was very pleasant. Our donuts, Boston creme , we're 😋. Great selection at 1:30 in the afternoon. We had lunch at Chicago Brewery Eatery in Leesburg and stopped in Donut King for dessert. Support hometown business's.

Definitely get your donuts from Donut King! If you want a unique experience and don't want the same boring donuts your Grandpa had they're the place to go. They always have something new to try, along with the typical donuts for grandpa. ;)

Great fresh products and pleasant service.

Not sure what has happened but last Sunday morning I stopped in the Leesburg location and bought an apple fritter for $2.99. The fritter was large, but cold and hard. Much of the icing had chipped away as if it was a day old, and part of the fritter had no icing at all. This was disappointing as the items at the Clermont location have always been great every time I have been there. I hope this was just a temporary issue and not a continuing concern at the Leesburg location.

I'm not sure if the are using a different kind of oil but our last dozen had an odd flavor.we were disappointed in the taste for the 1st time.

Many others had told me that you must check this place out. So me and my granddaughter took their advice and lo and behold it was great. Even getting there after 7pm there was still a fantastic selection of a variety of donuts. And not just donuts. The most important part of the experience was when we got home & tasted them they were superb.

I've searched for years for an apple fritter that is as good as Cameron's in Auburn, NY. I'm so happy to have finally found it and it is a mere ten minute drive away. What I don't understand is why I have to be there by 10 a.m. in order to get one. Nor can I order them a day ahead. That's a lot of business to pass up.

Thank you for the clarification. That's not what I was told by an employee. I happily change my review to five stars and I will be ordering several this weekend. They freeze great!

Donuts are always so inviting and delicious.

Best donuts I have had since moving to florida. They were light not heavy . A large selection of donuts to choose from. Plus specialty donuts. Makes you feel like a kid again. You will find your self at least buying a dozen to take home. Plus maybe a 1/2 dozen for the ride home. That good. So check them out. They are open from early morning to at least 8 at night. Dont worry they make fresh donuts all day so never staile like most places and reasonably priced too.
