Got my coffee excited to try it tomorrow morning. shipment came quick. the only thing I can say anywhere near negative so far. is that I placed two orders. one was big enough to ship without charging for shipping. the other was just under the free shipping threshold. They caught that the two orders were going to the same house and shipped them both in one box. No big deal. but they went ahead and charged the shipping for the order that did not make the threshold. again no big deal just figured if you were able to package them together you could refund me the shipping from the smaller shipment. I mean the big order was already free shipping.

The people I have spoke with on the phone while ordering have always been courteous and willing to answer any questions I've had. My order arrives promptly and packaged soundly. I love the fact it's a pro 2nd amendment company that isn't afraid to state that. As far as the coffee it's great ,we get the jazzy Java, we like it so much we order 5 lb at a time ! We love the product, the people and what they stand for.

Shipping was fast. The coffee is delicious. Taste freshly roasted and the aroma is nice and strong. The blackout tumbler feels solid and the top is snug as well well as the top slider. You guys rock! Thank you.

I love Blackout Coffee! They have the best coffee flavors, and I also love the non-flavored coffees like Smooth Finish and 2A. I have also enjoyed their teas and hot cocoa's (which also come in many flavors). Their shipping is fast, and their customer service is really good. And they support our Second Amendment which is very important in this world of increasing tyranny.
